The Answer
Answers for Victims: "All that is needed for the forces of evil to win is for good men to do nothing."
The Law Society of England and Wales has formal charges of misconduct out for Mr. Pitts-Tucker, Mr. Boada's solicitor for his association, encouragement and support of British Feudal Investments, Ltd., which robbed and cheated so many people. Mr. Pitts-Tucker could be investigated for fraud if the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal find adequate evidence to recommend such. This is in the works right now---see " News."
But for a law suit against him. It's time to stand up and be counted. We, unitedly, can make a difference in this world for good, serve the cause of justice, and get more than our money back through the following opportunity. It is an open invitation to start a class action law suit. The evidence is strong. There is a good case against Antonio A. Boada and R. A. Pitts-Tucker in England. Let's join together and make this happen. It's like the saying, "United We Stand, Divided We Fall." We can win this one and put all the phoney title peddlers on alert that they can be sued or destroyed financially for their despicable scams.
You must invest some of your money into this project, but the returns can make it all worth it. For example, Mr. Boada just bought back his fake title for $23,000.00 just to save face. (see " News") If he has money like that to burn, well, he must have some deep pockets somewhere. Through his foul business of fraud, it is estimated that he robbed and cheated people out of as much as $4,000,000.00. If he stupidly spent a million and invested the rest, he could easily be pulling in a nice $300,000.00 a year doing absolutely nothing. But Boada can't just sit still, he's involved in the Mergentheim scam. (see " Still Involved in Fraud") Pitts-Tucker, on the other hand, has been an established solicitor with other lawyers working for him for over thirty years and has probably amassed a huge sum of money. He is highly vulnerable and it is only appropriate that he should pay for his many crimes Please read the following open invitation:
Dear Sir or Ma'am (that is, to whom it may concern):
RE: Pitts-Tucker and Boada - Sale of aristocratic titles
We have been contacted by a number of individuals in relation to the possible fraudulent sale of aristocratic titles via an internet site run by Antony Boada. In the cases that we are aware of Mr Boada has instructed Roger Pitts-Tucker of Pitts-Tucker Solicitors.
Should there be sufficient cases with sufficient legal merit then we are considering bringing a group action on behalf of all possible claimants against both individuals. If you have purchased an aristocratic title in a transaction that involves either or both of individuals and if you are concerned that the title that you have purchased is not valid and you may wish to bring legal action, then please consider the following issues carefully:
1. Did you deal with both Antony Boada and Pitts-Tucker Solicitors?
2. Was your contract made in England/under English jurisdiction? The likelihood is that the contract will have been in England if the conveyance involved Pitts-Tucker Solicitors. The likelihood is also that it was made in England if you were resident in England when the contract took place.
3. Do you have paper evidence of your contracts/dealings with Boada/Pitts-Tucker? (Deed(s) of Transfer or Conveyance, Statutory Declaration(s), letter(s), e-mail(s), dated journal entries, etc.)
4. Do you have some evidence of fraud? What evidence or paperwork do you have, or know about,* to show that the title you have purchased is in any way defective or flawed?
5. If you had concerns about your title, did you raise these with Boada/Pitts-Tucker? What responses did you receive? This is not a critical issue, but this could be very helpful.
If having considered the five issues above, you consider that you may have a genuine possible claim against Boada/Pitts-Tucker which can be brought in this country [England] and which has paperwork to support it, then we strongly recommend that you contact this firm with your available evidence so that we can consider whether or not your case would be suitable for a joint action. The advantages of bringing a joint action are that the costs of litigation are divided between the number of claimants involved and the work involved in running such cases in not duplicated to the same extent as it would be were they to be run separately.
If you would like to telephone to discuss your situation in brief before sending any information please do not hesitate to contact either Rachael Simpson or Ian McCombie of this firm on 0113 245 2600 who will be pleased to assist.
Yours faithfully

This law suit potential is actually looking better and brighter all the time. Example: I discovered that Boada did not buy my title back through the Bankruptcy Court to save face. Instead, he bought it back to disqualify me from suing him. This is really significant. It says a lot about his vulnerability. He’s in danger and he knows it.
That is, before he knew anything about a potential law suit from other victims, he spent $23,000.00 to ensure that I was made ineligible to sue him. He’s running scared–very frightened–to the tune of $23,000.00 to try to buy some sense of false security. (The funny thing is I couldn't have made a law suit against him anyway because of financial problems I am still suffering from which he caused me.) But he spent this money and did it foolishly. However, the point is, being that desperate to spend $23,000.00 on some protection from one person, you know he’s in real, deep trouble. He knows he really doesn't have much of a chance.
In other words, if we take Mr. Boada’s behavior as any indication of how things really are, this law suit should be easy pickings, because he has no leg to stand on and no valid defense. That’s why he’s scared enough to spend so much money trying to stop things.
The potential litigation we have against him is a most worthy investment in promoting justice, protecting others from predators such as these two despicable men, and putting the whole field of title fraud on notice that they too are susceptible and in danger of this new precedence.
If you are a victim of Boada or Pitts-Tucker, and have not already done so, you owe it to yourself and future generations to contact McCombie & Co. and get started. You will have to invest money into this, but it will be a lot cheaper and more effective to do this together in a united fashion.
