It was sent on <B>October 20, 2004</B> from Dr. Peter Nolte, the attorney for the Imperial and Royal House of Hohenzollern at the request of the head of the Office of the Prince of Prussia, Michaela Blankart. Dr. Nolte wrote:</div> <bR> <div> <B>Dear Mr. (name removed) </B></div> <div> <B>- BOADA - </B></div> <div> <B>After having returned to Hamburg, I read your mail to Mrs Blankart. </B></div> <div> <B>(1) Boada has no rights whatsoever with respect to the Hohenzollern family. We never before heard his name. </B></div> <div> <B>(2) The Imperial House of Prussia has never conveyed rights to principalities except the transfer to the State of Prussia after World War I.</B></div> <div> <B>(3) In a list of titles of Wilhelm II in a document dated 23 June 1920, you will find inter alia "Prinz zu Halberstadt". This is only history: The list begins with the word "vormals" = formerly.</B></div> <div> <B>(4) A "Trade Consult Group Ltd" or a "Hohenzollern Familiy Land Trust" is - to my best knowledge - not known to any member of the family.</B></div> <div> <B>Kind regards </B></div> <div> <B>Peter Nolte </B></div> <bR> <div> Note that “<B>Boada has no rights whatsoever with respect to the Hohenzollern family.</B>” And why?, because “<B>we never before heard his name.</B>” In other words, he is an unknown to them. Yet in his instrument of deception, his June 2000 Statutory Declaration to me, Mr. Boada solemnly declared that he represented the “<B>stated desires of the Imperial German House of Hohenzollern</B>” in conveying the title. His claim is that he is so well-known that he could speak for them collectively or as a whole. Yet he is unknown to them. </div> <bR> <div> On <B>March 26, 2001</B>, (name redacted), the general administrator and attorney for the Imperial and Royal House of Prussia at that time declared, "<B>In behalf of the prince I may inform you that a Mr. Boada is completely unknown to him and that [t]here exists not any business you mentioned in the name of his family.</B>" </div> <bR> <div> Again, the man who claims to be their trustee and to represent them is unknown to them. Yet he claims in his November 2000 Statutory Declaration that all the stockholders of the <B>Hohenzollern Family Land Trust, Inc,</B> which is the same thing as the <B>Trade Consult Group, Ltd.</B> “<B>are members and descendants of the Imperial and Royal Hohenzollern Family</B>” and he Boada is their chief trustee. If so, why don't they know him? Well, obviously Boada is as Boada does, he lies. But these aren't little white lies, they are big, blackhearted and cruel lies and he robs people with them.</div> <bR> <div> And what about these phoney organizations–the Hohenzollern Family Land Trust, Inc., British Feudal Investments, Ltd. or the Trade Consult Group, Ltd.? Well, as Dr. Nolte said, “<B>A "Trade Consult Group Ltd" or a "Hohenzollern Familiy Land Trust" is - to my best knowledge - not known to any member of the family.</B>” And Michaela Blankart declared on <B>July 7, 2004</B>, “<B>I regret to say that your information suggesting that </B>‘<B>British Feudal Investments</B>’ <B>and the</B> ‘<B>Hohenzollern Family Land Trust</B>’<B> are not acting on behalf of the former Imperial Family right.</B> <B>The House of Hohenzollern has never heard of the</B> ‘<B>Hohenzollern Family Land Trust</B>’ <B>and has absolutely nothing to do with it.</B>” (All of the above letters may be seen by reading the chapter entitled, “<A HREF="id54.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="Boadas Foul and Deceitful Claim"><U><B>Boada’s Foul and Deceitful Claim</B></U></A><B>.</B>”) </div> <bR> <div> No to get right to the heart of the matter, the core issue, what about selling principalities or other titles owned by the former Emperors and Kings of Prussia? Dr. Nolte said, “<B>The Imperial House of Prussia has never conveyed rights to principalities except the transfer to the State of Prussia after World War I.</B>” That is, it is a historical fact that by abdication of all sovereignty and rights by the Emperor of Germany and King of Prussia, the Crown Prince and other family members, all ownership was passed onto the State of Prussia which is now part of the Republic of Germany. </div> <bR> <div> No wonder, (name redacted), the former attorney and secretary general of the Imperial family wrote on <B>October 2, 2002</B> that, “<B>No titles of nobility are “owned” by the Prince as the head of the Former Royal family of Prussia or other Royal families in Germany since the German Constitution of 1919. . . .</B>”  That is, the Weimar Republic annexed all of it. He continued, “<B>. . . according to [the Weimar Constitution] . . . titles of nobility are no longer allowed to be awarded. This . . . legal facet . . . should be known to everybody who is [knowledgeable] . . . whether historically or in view of legality and law.</B>”</div> <bR> <div> But to be even more conclusive and definitive, Ms. Blankart made it crystal clear in an unmistakable way that, “<B>You can be assured that The House of Hohenzollern would never sell feudal/titular rights for a Principality. . . ." </B>They just don't do that kind of thing. She continued<B>, ". . . nor would [they] be in the legal position to do so.</B>” Why? Because they don’t own any to sell. Their old sovereign feudal principalities, etc. were conveyed or given away to the State of Prussia which is now a part of the modern government of Germany. </div> <bR> <div> Conclusion: Mr. Boada’s foul and despicable claim to be connected to the Imperial family is bogus and false. He is an unknown to them. His claim that his companies represent the Imperial family is equally bizarre and untruthful. His claim that he sold their titles is harebrained–total nonsense and looney tunes. It is absolutely and totally impossible that Boada could sell titles for and in behalf of the Imperial family when this family does not even own them. He has as much right to sell these titles for them as he has the right to sell the Continents of Asia, Africa and Europe for and in behalf of the State of Rhode Island.</div> <bR> <div> Mr. Boada and his cohorts avoid the issue that there is incontrovertible proof of fraud against them like the plague. No wonder, because they know they are guilty and have been despicable. When people write them letters about their concerns that they were defrauded instead of proving their titles were authentic, genuine and valid, they become very evasive, beat around the bush, change the subject, attack their detractors, ignore them, anything, but address this central issue. In one letter to one man, they never addressed his issues and concern at all, 99% of their letter focused on attacking me. This is very typical of Boada and it is very typical of the way con artists operate all over the world.</div> <bR> <div> So much for Boada being an honorable and honest man. We hope to soon have a fairly easy way to obtain justice against this despicable man and his equally repugnant accomplices Mark T. Williams and Roger Pitts-Tucker. </div> <bR> <div> <B>I</B><B>f you have been victimized by Mr. Boada, Mr. Williams or Mr. Pitts-Tucker, it’s time to make criminal complaints and sue them for the detestable things they have done to you and many others.
