Williams or Roger Pitts-Tucker, go to "</B><A HREF="id58.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="The Answer"><U><B>The Answer</B></U></A><B>" and learn how you can join in a class action suit against them. </B></div> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <B>*************************************</B></div> <div> In a recent article in <I><B><U>The Big Issue</U></B></I>, a large British publication, for <B>March 22-28, 2004</B>, pp.18-19 in an article entitled, “<B>The Beau Monde Scandle,</B>” the reporter, Phil Chamberlain, wrote that these titles sales are “<B>entirely fraudulent.</B>” No wonder Boada, Williams and Pitts-Tucker cannot prove they are honest men. The report continued saying that such sales are “<B>entirely fictitious and [others] had no basis in history.</B>” Boada wasn't the only fraudster this article was referring to, but his business was particularly successful in cheating innocent, unsuspecting people of as much a $3,000,000.00 in the last four or five years. Mr. Chamberlain stated that even though those who bought these titles from various scams were promised glamour and prestige, there are “<B>many heart-rending letters, telling tales of ridicule at work, job-loss, nervous breakdown, recovery, new job-too-soon, job loss, unpaid mortgage, house-loss, total breakdown and isolation.</B>” He concluded that, “<B>It is a nasty opportunistic business and needs to be stopped.</B>”</div> <bR> <div> One victim of Mr. Boada's wrote:</div> <bR> <div> <B>Dear Mr. (myself), As you can imagine, it is very very difficult to admit when you have been take or conned by anyone. It merely shows how foolish we can become. I am ashamed for being taken. I have had business with this Boada. . . . I would prefer not to go public with this very embarrassing lost of money. Thank you.</B></div> <bR> <div> Mr. Boada heartlessly robs people. He even ripped off two poor widows in Florida. He does not care what damage he may do to others. He is a low life: A subhuman--an unfeeling and mean hearted man without a conscience. Judge the merits of his claim for yourself:</div> <bR> <div> Two claims exist in the world for the high title of Halberstadt. Which claim is valid and which is a filthy sham created by a slippery villain in order to rob and cheat people. The first is by Antonio A. Boada, a known liar, who claims that he sold this high and noteworthy title to me; and the other, is from the Imperial and Royal Hohenzollern Family of Germany, who claim they have never dealt with Boada or heard of his company or the Hohenzollern Family Land Trust, Inc., etc. They also deny ever conveying any of these titles to anyone. So far two other victims of Boada’s foul play now have denial letters about Boada from the Imperial and Royal House of Prussia as well as myself.</div> <bR> <div> Which claim is most likely true and accurate? The point is, it is either one or other. There is no middle ground. Either Boada had the right to sell the title or he did not. </div> <bR> <div> The following was send to me on March 26, 2001 from (name redacted), the general administrator and attorney for the Imperial and Royal House of Prussia. He said, "<B>In behalf of the prince I may inform you that a Mr. Boada is completely unknown to him and that here exists not any business you mentioned in the name of his family.</B>" </div> <bR> <div> Another victim of Boada's was told the following. He had also purchased one of Boada's German titles:</div> <bR> <div> <B>B</B><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" ><B>remen, den 02. Okt. 2002</B></FONT></div> <bR> <div> <B>Dear Sir:</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Your kind letter of 13 Sept, 2002 has been passed to me by HIRH the Prince Georg Friedrich of Prussia. The Prince asked me to convey his thanks for your informations. I may confirm that </B><B>theses strange actions you described are definitely illegitimate. No titles of nobility are “owned”</B><B> by the Prince as the head of the Former Royal family of Prussia ore other Royal families in Germany since the German Constitution of 1919 (Constitution of Weimar) is in order, according to which </B><B>titles of nobility are no longer allowed to be awarded. </B><B>This is more than 80 years old legal facet which should be known to everybody who is involved wither historically or in view of legalicy and law. The Prince does not wish to take action against</B><B> this man whoe’s commercial behavior is obviously illegal.</B><B> As a citicen of the Federal Republic of Germany he whishes to keep distance from matters of this kind.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>With the Prince’s best whishes I remain,</B></div> <div> <B>Your Sincerely, </B></div> <div> <B>(name redacted)</B></div> <div> <B>Attorney at Law</B></div> <bR> <div> The following is a third letter that was shared with me by yet another victim: </div> <bR> <div> <B>July 7, 2004</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Dear Sir (name removed):</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Thank you for your letter from June 21, 2004 which was forwarded to us by the "Fürstlich Hohenzollersche Schlossverwaltung" in Sigmaringen.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>I regret to say that your information suggesting that "British Feudal Investments" and the "Hohenzollern Family Land Trust" are not acting on behalf of the former Imperial Family right.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>The House of Hohenzollern has never heard of the "Hohenzollern Family Land Trust" and has absolutely nothing to do with it. Neither have we heard of a "Principality of [name removed]" and strongly doubt that it exists.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>You can be assured that The House of Hohenzollern would never sell feudal/titular rights for a Principality, nor would it be in the legal position to do so.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Yours sincerely,</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Michaela Blankart </B></div> <bR> <div> Then on <B>October 20, 2004</B> another letter again told the truth in very plain language:</div> <bR> <div> <B>Dear Mr (name removed)</B></div> <div> <B>- BOADA - </B></div> <div> <B>After having returned to Hamburg, I read your mail to Mrs Blankart. </B></div> <div> <B>(1) Boada has no rights whatsoever with respect to the Hohenzollern family. We never before heard his name. </B></div> <div> <B>(2) The Imperial House of Prussia has never conveyed rights to principalities except the transfer to the State of Prussia after World War I.</B></div> <div> <B>(3) In a list of titles of Wilhelm II in a document dated 23 June 1920, you will find inter alia "Prinz zu Halberstadt". This is only history: The list begins with the word "vormals" = formerly.</B></div> <div> <B>(4) A "Trade Consult Group Ltd" or a "Hohenzollern Familiy Land Trust" is - to my best knowledge - not known to any member of the family.</B></div> <div> <B>Kind regards </B></div> <div> <B>Peter Nolte </B></div> <bR> <div> For this scheming and two-faced man, Mr. Boada, to come out smelling like a rose in this conflict or contest of claims, he would have to prove that the Imperial Family is lying, and that he, the notorious con artist who has robbed, deceived and cheated many many people, as a way of life for the over 15 years, told the truth. Now, what is the likelihood that Boada is right and the honored and respected Imperial family is all wrong?–about one hundred million million magnitudes beyond possibility. Also since it is a historical fact that all the sovereign territories of the Kingdom of Prussia were ceded to the State of Prussia--now a part of the Federal Republic of Germany, it is absolute impossible that Boada's deceitful claim could be accurate or true.  In other words, it is beyond reasonable doubt that Boada, the liar, is a liar.</div> <bR> <div> No wonder he will do anything, even suffer his booming business to come to ruin and run the risk of prosecution, heavy fines and a prison sentence, rather than address the central issue of proving that he had a legal and lawful right to sell someone else’s property. Why would he do such an insane thing? Why does he act so guilty of this foul deed. It is because he can't prove that this ugly deception is the pure unadulterated truth. He has no proof. It was a vile and ugly deception he hatched up many years ago and with the help of Roger Pitts-Tucker, his crooked solicitor, he went with boldness to lie and deceive as many as he could. It is extremely unlikely that he will change and come clean and face what an honorable man would do. In fact, he is probably trying even now to con someone else </div> <bR> <div> The question is, shall we let him get away with it? Or do we have an obligation to all future generations to expose and punish the slime of this earth? Shall we permit and allow more and more innocent and unsuspecting people to be victimized and suffer the damage, hurt and humiliation of future scams?   </div> <bR> <div> <B>Again, if you have been victimized by anyone of the three amigos, </B><B>Antonio A.
