In brief, I was duped and fooled because of the status and prominence of Roger Pitts-Tucker, solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and Agent of Her Majesty's Privy Council, the conveyancer of the fraudulent noble title, insured by the Law Society of England and Wales, and the promoter and champion of Antony Boada, who I thought was an honest man at the time (see: "Crooked Solicitor1" and "Crooked Solicitor2"); the lies and deceptions in the recommendation written by Mark T. Williams, Boada's accomplice and live in partner (see "Accomplice1" and "Accomplice2"); the historical accuracy and actual ancient existence of the noble title itself; the deceptive notarization of Her Majesty’s Principal Secretary of State of Foreign Affairs and the Commonwealth nations, which looked like it was a Government approved transaction (see "Scams3"); and by Boada's own impressive, but deceitful website as well as his outright lies to me on the phone. (see "Website1" and "Website2") Then fraud reared its ugly head. But before I knew that, I was taken robbed and cheated out of my money.

As a con man living off of lies, Boada sold me two phoney, worthless knighthoods. To do so he sent me an e-mail with bold statements and assertions of "royal patronage," "completely recognized by the Spanish king," and "the Spanish Royal Family." In other words, "it would . . . accomplish a Royal recognition from an existing monarchy. . . ." Unfortunately, not until afterwards did I find, because of my own letters and investigating, that nothing less than the Personal Secretary of the King of Spain stated that this knighthood is totally illegal and invalid and the King has nothing to do with it. So much for Boada's sacred word of honor. I, then, contacted the Spanish Department of Justice, who referred me to the Spanish King of Arms or the Chief Herald of Spain, who confirmed in writing that this was a totally bogus and an illegal knighthood in Spain and that all the other titles created by Boada's phoney Patriarch of Antioch were false. In addition, Mr. Boada promised me that the certificate he would send would be beautifully ornate with "gold leaf" and include the signature of HRH “Prince Francisco de Borbon y Bourbon, Duke of Seville,” a first cousin of His Majesty King Carlos I of Spain on it. It had nothing of the kind. This was just another lie or ruse to deceive me. Boada even promised, that the money spent would be "tax deductible." This was another lie according to several Internal Revenue Service inquiries. (for more details see "Deceptions2")

And the other knighthood, well, Boada's book stated that practically all the royal heads of Europe were members of this particular knighthood, and that I would have “invitations to all of the Order’s diplomatic, ceremonial and social functions held around the world, as well as receiving the Newsletter of the Order." Yet I never received anything. I found the knighthood I joined never meets, has no ceremonies, newsletters, galas or anything. It was all a total and absolute lie. It was all a big farce that I fell for. Neither knighthood is endorse by the International Commission on Orders of Chivalry because they are both known to be fakes and to lack all legitimacy. As another brief example of the Mr. Boada's despicable nature, he illegally sold property he had absolutely no right to sell. It was and is still owned by others. (for more details see the chapter “Proof of Fraud” on this website)

After challenging Mr. Boada and Pitts-Tucker & Co. in 2000 to provide proof that the Imperial Hohenzollern Family of Germany were really/actually a party to this transaction, they sent me a third “Statutory Declaration” in November of that year that provided much more reason to doubt the authenticity of their business.

(1) In this November 2000 document, it claims that Peter Michael Hohenzollern- Saxe- Weimer- Civitella- Cessi-Lambrino declared before a notary public (Mark T. Williams, Boada’s live in partner and accomplice) that the noble title was authentic and that the stock holders were all members of the Imperial family. Yet two internationally renown experts in nobility and royalty, two genealogy experts, three princes–royal heads of Europe declared that the person does not exist, that the name itself is absurd, that the name is spelled wrong, any real member of the Civitella-Cesi family would never use this name, they would use the name of Torionia, and in another letter Boada conclusively proves it is a fake as he stated that Prince Michael was a descendant of Zizi Lambrino, who only had one son and he only had two sons. No other people are descendant from Zizi Lambrino and no Peter Michael Hohenzollern, etc., etc. exists. The guy is a fake, just like so many of Boada’s lies and other deceptions.

(2) All the Statutory Declarations given to me state that the title was from the Imperial Hohenzollern Family of German. Their rightful names are Prinz or Prinzessin von Preussen. Yet all the rest of Boada’s and Pitts-Tucker’s communications call them Hohenzollerns, not von Preussens. The Hohenzollerns were a junior line of non-Imperials, who never had anything to do with the title of in question, which was one of the prized Imperial titles of the Emperors of Germany.

(3) The November Statutory Declaration stated that all the shareholders were members of the Imperial family and then later on contradicts itself saying that the shareholders–the Hohenzolerns once ruled Romania and other countries. However, this line were never members of the Imperial family and were never connected with the title in any way.

(4) But most important of all, the modern Head of this Imperial family disavowed Boada through their attorney, who is also the lifelong general administrator of the Imperial and Royal House of Prussia. In the letter he made it known that the Imperial family did not know Boada or had any business dealings with him. Hence, the real owners of the noble title have officially declared that this sale was an act of fraud, pure and simple. They simply never had nothing to do with it or Mr. Boada.

(5) The November document also declared that the Hohenzollern Family Land Trust, Inc. was nothing more or less than the Trade Consult Group (PTY.) Limited and that this company was formed on February 21, 2000. Yet according to their sworn documents, I bought my title in January of 2000 before this company ever existed. And to top it off, I discovered that the Trade Consult Group (PTY.) Limited was a “Shelf Corporation” of Seychelles until Boada bought it sometime between October 31 and November 4, 2000 according to a licensed government worker. And it was an international business corporation, not a trust, as Boada claimed, and Boada bought this company himself, not the Imperial family. It was part of his ugly scam. Only this time, he was caught.

(6) And how could it be that Boada supposedly represented the whole Imperial Family as he claimed when no one of the Imperial family knows him. They know him now though, because a number of people have inquired of them and they will testify in court if necessary that this whole deal was a crime wrongfully perpetuated by an obvious con man and thief–Antony Boada and his accomplices Mark T. Williams and Roger Pitts-Tucker, Boada’s English solicitor, who was faxed most of the above evidence back in the year 2001, but continued to support this ugly scheme. He obviously partnered with Boada in robbing and cheating hundreds of innocent, unsuspecting people of large sums of hard earned money. These people are not very nice people. They are despicable thieves and low lifes living high off the hog on the foul and depraved deeds.

If you have been victimized by Mr. Boada, Mr. Williams or Mr. Pitts-Tucker, it’s time to make criminal complaints and sue them for the detestable things they have done to you and many others.
