If you have been victimize by any of these despicable men, Antonio A. Boada, Mark T. Williams or Roger Pitts-Tucker, go to "The Answer" and learn how you can join in a class action suit against them.
*************************************
In December of 2003, I called the registered secretary of Mr. Boada's company called Queesgate Associates, Limited. She had never heard of the company or the man who is supposed to be the director, who supposedly lived at the same address as she did, or of Mr. Boada. How interesting. Boada started up a company with imaginary people or by borrowing names. Will he ever do anything honest or honorable? Unfortunately, all I find is corruption on every side. (see " Scams2" for more on the Queensgate deception and the Manhattan Merchant Bank scam.)
I recently in late October of 2003 made a very embarrassing discovery about Antony Boada. I am in possession of a certificate Mr. Boada had sent Expat World who sent it by fax to another individual who recently sent it to me by e-mail. It shows that Mr. Boada claims that the Russian College of Arms (CHR) certified that he is the nothing less than the bogus Prince of Lusignan himself. Since then, he began selling fake titles of nobility under this guise about 5 years ago. He wrote on his website as late as July 11, 2003, “We are the exclusive representatives of the Prince of Lusignan.”
The following are the words used by the CHR. (They are in Latin)
COLLEGIUM HERALDICUM RUSSIAE
Meriti et animi Vestra erga scientias
genealogiae necnon heraldicae
propensio ac devotio
quae per Vos
Dominus Legatus Liberiae
ALEXANDER ANTONIUS BOADA CARTAYA
(The above is one of Boada’s aliases)

I knew Boada had claimed to be to be the Prince of Lusignan for years, but I did not know by what authority a sleazy Cuban immigrant could claim to be the Royal Head of an extinct Royal Family that died off about 600 years ago. I wondered, did he believe they came back from the dead and adopted him and made him the heir? Was he that much of a crackpot? I wanted to know the basis of this harebrained and nutty claim. Because, genealogically speaking, and according to international laws of sovereignty, Francis II, the Duke of Bavaria and, secondly, the royal family of Bavaria, hold the highest lineal right on earth, above all other people, to all the noble and royal titles of the Lusignan’s, not Boada, the reprobate con man from Cuba.
So how is it that Boada, the notorious seller of fake noble titles, could claim to be a high prince of a dead and long gone family? First, he may have had his invention, the phoney “ Patriarch of Antioch” declare him to be the heir. That is, a phoney deception or lie decree him to be the real thing. That's farfetched, but it may be Boada scam in this case. (for more on this fake patriarch, see " Deceptions2.") But how could anyone a declare a non-royal Cuban to have a higher and more legitimate right than the duly recognized Royal House of Bavaria? And how could a fake patriarch or even a real patriarch have authority to do this restore what is outside of their lawful rights? Obviously, this is idiotic, and needs no further comment. But the second claim needs some comment. It is the so-called certification and recognition made by the Russian College of Arms (CHR). So we need to go to their director and find out the truth.
In an e-mail dated October 28, 2003, Valery Yegorov, the Director of the Collegium Heraldicum Russiae (Russian College of Arms), very emphatically asks, “Where is there any kind of RECOGNITION of his title in the text of the Honorary Membership Diploma??? Then he states, “There is NO recognition at all!!!” (the e-mail address of Mr. Yegorov, the director is: armorial@yandex.ru should you wish to check this out) The internet address for the Russian College of Arms is www.armorial.org.
Mr. Yegorov then explained, “The fact that we inscribed there in the Honorary Membership Diploma the name which he asked us to [Prince of Lusignan], that fact was nothing more than simply a so-called ‘courtesy title’, out of our mere politeness. And this fact does not mean that the CHR would have ever recognized his (or anyone else’s) title. . . .” He wrote, “We do not recognize any titles.”
So there you have it. Boada is not walking on solid ground. He has no foundation at all. No leg to stand on. All the Russian College of Arms did was to be polite and write down what Boada told them to in an Honorary Membership Diploma.
In other words, there was no basis for this royal title beyond Boada’s own unreliable and irresponsible word. Like my title it had no leg to stand on. It is without foundation. Boada being the royal Prince of Lusignan is just another Boada invention designed to buffalo people into giving him their hard earned money. It is just another scam created by a thieving con man and crook.
Mr. Yegorov feels the CHR was “reckless” and made a big “MISTAKE” in “producing a Honorary Membership Diploma for Boada.” He said, “I personally have been very sorry at present for having that done five years ago.” He had no idea what Boada would do with what was considered to be only to be a courtesy and nothing more.
Boada, a con man, all the way back to 1990:
Thanks to one gracious man, I now have a copy of an original letter from “Antonio, Duque de Campodello” dated September 13, 1990 and some newspaper articles stating that “Antonio Boada,” is the “Duke of Campobello.” The pictures are definitely that of Antony Boada, only younger and slimmer than the pictures posted on www.baronage.co.uk/2002d/bradford2.html and www.faketitles.com/html/british_feudal_investments.html.
Would you be surprised that this letter signed by him is full of schemes designed to deceive this man into sending Boada money to buy some utter falsehoods? Boada, like any con man, wanted money, even $9,000.00 from this man for some worthless, counterfeit entities.
For example, it asks him to buy a fake Malta knighthood headed by a convicted felon who was imprisoned in the Netherlands for impersonating or pretending to be a royal prince. Then presto-change’o, this convicted felon got himself a new ancestry and a new patrimony. He claimed to be another unknown and unheard of royal and then did it again. Clearly, this was this shysters “MO” or criminal signature. He duped many and made a killing. He finally died at age 45 of AIDS. He was not a legitimate fount of any honor, rather he was a man of dishonor and deceit much like Boada himself. (“HIRH Prince Alexis de’Anjou:” www.chivalricorders.org/royalty/fantasy/brimeyer.htm and “Other False ‘Orders’ of St. John/Malta:” www.smomza.org/smom/selfstyled.htm)
Boada’s highly incriminating letter also invites the man, who sent this letter to me, to join another counterfeit or fraudulent knighthood that is supposedly royal and Spanish (the bogus “Spanish Imperial Order of Charles the Fifth” that had no official Spanish or royal standing whatsoever), and was headquartered, not in Spain, but in Bermuda of all places–a far cry from what would be a valid royal order of the kingdom of Spain. (See “Other Self-Styled [fake] Orders” under the subtitle of “The Imperial Institute of Chivalry:” www.chivalricorders.org/orders/selfstyled/slfstlod.htm)
No wonder these contrived or bogus knighthoods are not included among the legitimate, bonafide orders listed by the International Commission on Orders of Chivalry as absolutely reliable and authentic. (See: www.icocregister.org) The point is, both of these phoney orders are about as valid and authentic as calling yourself a true knight of the order of Pepsi Cola or a member of the Imperial Order of Wal Mart or T.J.Max. It is that far fetched and ridiculous.
Then if this wasn’t enough humbugery, Boada invited the man to join a Catalonian nobility organization (“Estament d’Homes Nobles de Catalunya”) that doesn’t exist and a so-called Spanish Heraldry Society (a private venture, probably Boada’s, with no official standing whatsoever) that also went defunct, but gave birth to the notoriously fake Albanian College of Arms also located, not in Spain or Albania, but suspiciously on the Isle of Man along with Boada’s now defunct Queensgate Associates, Ltd. (See: www.maineworldnewsservice.com/caltrap/chivalri.htm {use your “find” tab under “Edit” so you don’t have to read the whole article} and see information on the Albanian College of Arms in the chapter “Scams1" on the website: www.phoneynobletitles.com)
Even Boada’s abandoned “Duke of Campbello” title was spurious since it was supposed to have been given by the Prince of Wied, who was at the time, in effect, king of Albania, but the title is Sicilian. No ruler would give a person a title that belonged to another country or kingdom other than his own patrimony or over his own domain. This title was just another sham, another ugly farce perpetrated by a man known for his great ability to lie and deceive. (See: www.sicilybella.com/about_caltanissetta.html)
I was especially pleased to receive this letter as it can be used in court to show that since 1990, in other words, for years, even more than a decade, Mr. Boada has been involved in fraud and deceit. He probably still is.
Roger A. Pitts-Tucker, another villain, has supported, shielded, protected and encouraged Mr. Boada, that is, aiding and abetting his criminal misconduct against innocent, unsuspecting people for at least four years. And Mark T. Williams has as well.
These men are major offenders of the law and that of common decency for they have robbed and cheated their fellow man of their hard earned money. And I have yet to find one person they have made amends to or ever tried to right their wrongs with. Simply put, they have committed the crime of fraud against countless people and hurt some of them terribly. Justice demands heavy retribution and penalties for such depravity.
For another example of fraud, Mr. Boada sold the noble title of “Prince of Mergentheim” to a man. He was given a “statutory declaration” (I have a copy of part of it enclosed) from Antony Boada as director of the phoney offshore corporation called the “Trade Consult Group, Limited” which is supposed to be composed of senior members of the Imperial and Royal House of Prussia. It was also notarized and legalized by the crooked solicitor Roger Pitts-Tucker.
[Name redacted], then proceeded to submit his fraudulent credentials, which were also notarized by Her Majesty’s Principal Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and the Commonwealth, to “the Westphalian Heraldry Society.” This group of German scholars wrote to me on September 19, 2002, saying, “Find enclosed the documents of the ‘Prince of Mergentheim’. This is absolutely nonsense, the holder of this Principality is the House of Austria [not the House of Prussia, as claimed].” (see enclosed e-mail) This society has proof of a number of title frauds perpetrated by Mr. Boada, which they would be more than glad to share when criminal charges are levied.
Now for some history to show that Boada's claim for Prussia is haywire. Actually, it would take a pretty thick person to proclaim that the Imperial Hohenzollerns had the legal right and authority to sell someone else's property, but Boada will claim anything he can get away with. History shows, that in December of 1805, "The Treaty of Pressburg promised to create a hereditary principality [Mergentheim] for a member of the House of Austria from the possessions of the Teutonic Order." (www.geocities.com
/eurprin/austria.html) In 1810, the Hapsburgs' (the Imperial family of Austria) dropped the princely title of Mergentheim as one of their claims, because the Kingdom of "Württemberg annexed the principality made of the former lands of the Teutonic Order's." (www.geocities.com/eurprin/wurttemberg.html) The reason for this is, “. . . Napoleon promised Mergentheim to the Kingdom of Württemberg in 1809, [and] '. . . His Majesty the King of Württemberg had the Principality of Mergentheim and all its residents [...] militarily occupied.’. . . .Württemberg secularized all possessions of the Teutonic Order. . . .” (see www.schloessermagazin.de/eng/objekte/mh/mh_saekue.php or enclosed copy) A quote from a book written in the 19th Century also confirms the same.
By the Treaty of Presburg, in 1805, Wurtemberg acquired some of the Austrian possessions
in Suabia, consisting principally of part of Brisgau, the county of Hohenborg, Nellenburg, Altdorf, and several small towns on the Danube. Since the elevation of the Elector to royal
dignity, his Majesty has also acquired the principality of Mergentheim and all other possessions belonging to the Teutonic order within his dominions, besides Ulm, Octtingen, and
Hohenlohe-Kichberg. (Robert Stewart Castlereagh, Memoirs and Correspondence of Viscount Castlereagh, Second, Harvard University, 1853, pp. 159-160) (See: http://books.google.com
/books?id=OysMAAAAYAAJ&pg=PA160&lpg=PA160&dq=%22principality+of
+mergentheim%22&source=web&ots=o0KCaJe2CF&sig=NAtv6b8qg4LSJEEo1WT

The real and present historical owner of the noble title and principality of Mergentheim is HRH Friedrich, the Duke of Württemberg. (www.geocities.com/henrivanoene/royalwurttemberg.html) Mergentheim was never at any time the possession of the Imperial and Royal House of Prussia as Boada falsely claimed. So much for Mr. Boada's so-called award winning research. It is Württemberg, not the Imperial Hohenzollerns who owned the title. His expert researchers obviously do shoddy work for this is an outright farce. Mr. Boada is a charlatan with no conscience, high standards or principles to hinder him from dispossessing his clients with fictitious and erroneous claims. But he has ripped off too many people and his atrocities are catching up to him.
But your help is needed. If you have been victimized by any of these men, complain through the website www.ifccfbi.gov. Law Enforcement authorities throughout the world can have access to this information to bring to justice the worst title peddlers ever to enter this field of abhorrent deceit and then treachery. Remember: “All that is needed for the forces of evil to win is for good men to do nothing.” You need to act now. It does not matter what country you are from.
Only if everyone makes complaints will something happen. It’s like the saying, “United we stand divided we fall.” Only when the authorities see that hundreds have been robbed and cheated, will they put a priority on this case. Go to “The Answer” for more information.
