This page will be used to respond to reactions from the guilty parties, who have robbed and defrauded their fellowman. The prediction is that Mr. Boada and cohorts will resort to lies, threats, diversions, personal attacks, sneakiness, evasion and deceit, rather than take the challenge of proving they are innocent, which would be very easy if they were honest men. But to actually prove a fraud is the real deal, a myth is a certainty, that fables or fiction is fact, or illusions and delusions are reality takes a talent very few people possess. Therefore, Mr. Boada and company will in reality manifest their guilt by doing anything they can, but never provide evidence that they are honest. Obviously, there is something very seriously wrong with any business that cannot prove that what it does is above board. Reputable companies can do this, but not if they are involved in falsehoods.
Question (July 9, 2003): The site is very comprehensive and extremely informative. Tell me one thing though, with all the evidence, why doesn't the Law Society disbar PittsTucker or at least deregister him and why doesn't the FBI or Interpol simply arrest Boada?
Answer: Dear Sir, unfortunately our legal system is so jam packed with problems like Boada that justice costs money and tight budgets stop things in their tracks. The FBI and the FTC, for example, both need proof of at least $250,000.00 of theft or international fraud to pursue the casefortunately enough people have complained that the FBI have now decided to track Boada and may pounce on him in a few months. In a moral society filled with honest people, without so many robbers, the FBI, Interpol etc. would have already taken him out. This is, by the way, why fraud still thrives internationally. Our society, unfortunately, is a haven for many schemes. In the meantime, we are prevailing, but justice, like freedom, isn't free. It's like the saying of Edmund Burke, "All that is needed for the forces of evil to win is for good men to do nothing." This is where we must help and do our part.
If you have been victimized by Mr. Boada, Mr. Williams or Mr. Pitts-Tucker, it’s time to make criminal complaints and sue them for the detestable things they have done to you and many others. It’s like the saying, “United we stand divided we fall.” Only when the authorities see that hundreds have actually been robbed and cheated, will they put a priority on this serious case. Go to “The Answer” for more information.
