Deceptions3
A Twisted Mentality Consistently Lies continued:
If you have been victimize by any of these despicable men, Antonio A. Boada, Mark T. Williams or Roger Pitts-Tucker, go to "The Answer" and learn how you can join in a class action suit against them.
*************************************
Another lie typical of Mr. Boada was in his March 5, 2003 letter where he accused one victim of stalking and harassing the security employees at his Palm Beach vacation home when this individual has not been to Florida in over thirty years and has never been to Palm Beach in his life. He obviously speaks out of his bottom. But this is a good example of how irresponsible and way out he can get.
Now for another example. In this one, barring some other explanation, Boada must have lost some of his marbles or has some screws loose in presenting the following, which was part of a letter sent to a large number of his former clients early in the year 2002. It is embarrassing, but I don’t think he was ever aware of it. I don’t think he lives in the real world and actually believes his own lies and misrepresentations. I have never seen or heard anyone lie so much.
(1) Boada says, “BFI is vigorously contending this [some false claim against me] in court.” What court? I was not in court with anyone at that time. Don’t you think I would know if I were in court? This is a blatant lie, unless Antony is delusional or insane. In any case, I am extremely pleased that Boada is so up-front in fabricating things, because he can’t take it back now and it stands out like a sore thumb.
(2) Boada claims the investigators illegally broke into his computer system and took his e-mail addresses. How stupid. He provided us these addresses himself on two separate occasions. We even have feedback from some of these very people confirming that they also received these addresses.
(3) Boada claims the placement of “cookies” into these peoples computer systems through the e-mail inquiry–an obvious scare tactic on Boada’s part to try to stop his disgruntled former clients from communicating with the investigators. Sorry, it didn’t work, we are still receiving feedback from his former clients. But the thing that bugs me is that this is an outright and obvious lie, and Boada knows it, but that doesn’t bother him in the least. He has a different agenda than the general public. He would rob them blind if he could. The point is, the “AOL” (America Online) e-mail system does not support “cookies.” Nor are they malevolent anyway. (www.webopedia.com/DidYouKnow/Internet/2002/Cookies.asp) So why doesn’t Boada come clean?
(4) Boada writes, “Parker was expelled from Britain. . . .” How farfetched can a man get? Anyone who knows British law and culture are usually also cognizant of the fact that Britain does not expel people, except about 149 years ago in 1853 when they last transported some criminals to Australia. Boada lies, as already outlined, are pathetic and despicable, but there’s much more!
(5) Boada writes that Branscum and Parker “work together in Naples.” He’d better do his homework, they work and are headquartered about 200 miles apart. Apparently accuracy has no meaning to Boada, who is ever ready to make things up.
(6) Boada continues, “Since then we have contacted the FBI, Interpol and numerous international police agencies to ‘trace’ & bring these two to justice for what is a serious criminal offense.” Really, are they going to “trace” them implying that they are fugitives. It would be a lot simpler to note that their websites have their pictures, addresses, phone numbers and State professional license numbers, etc. They are relatively easy to contact. And if they were so awful as Boada suggests, how come they passed all the routine FBI background checks necessary for State licensure to legally practice in the State of Florida. It seems obvious to me that Boada is being the con man here and purposely distorting reality to suit his deceitful purposes. There's more but the above seems sufficient to show how nutty and far out Mr. Boada can get.
Mr. Boada, because he wants to avoid legal problems in the United States, has brought up a number of times the idea that he did not have a Palm Beach Office. This is totally nonsense, since, he, himself, advertised on his website an office in Palm Beach. That’s where they, Mr. Boada and Mark T. Williams, probably had their main office or at least a very busy branch office for years and years. It may be different now, but this was a fact in the year 2000. Under the subtitle of “Our Firm”on his old website, Mr. Boada wrote, “With offices in London, Palm Beach, Sydney, Singapore and Durban, British Feudal Investments Ltd. . . ,”etc., etc. And if BFI was totally an English corporation as claimed, a good question is, how come it is not registered there as required by English law. (see www.companieshouse.co.uk) The truth is, BFI was incorporated in the State of Delaware, which Mr. Pitts-Tucker admitted in his letter to the Law Society of England and Wales. It was incorporated in Delaware on June 8, 1998 and was surrendered or legally dissolved there on April 15, 2002. It is now a nonentity.
But to make it even more clear, Pitts-Tucker & Co. responded officially to a Mr. Smith in a letter signed by Naffisa Sheikh, Esq. dated August 2, 2000 saying, “The address of British Feudal Investments appears as their USA address. British Feudal Investments is, after all, a US registered company and carries out it’s business from there.” From this there can be no doubt.
But further collaborating evidence is included in much of Mr. Boada’s correspondence to me and others. That is, not only does he do business in Florida, but he claims an office there. For example, on April 5, 2000, Mr. Boada wrote to me, “. . . please kindly sent it [the check] to our Palm Beach Office; [address omitted], Palm Beach, Florida [zipcode omitted].” On April 16, 2000, he wrote, “Please take note of our new address to send the checks payable to the St. Lazarus Jacobite [Medical] Foundation [for the two phoney knighthoods] and send it to: [address omitted], Palm Beach, Florida [zipcode omitted].” He continued in that same e-mail to say, “We have recently consolidated our Florida sites to one larger site, wherein we will be able to serve our client’s needs better,” in other words, do business with them from their new Palm Beach Office. In addition, on May 24, 2000, Boada wrote to me, “When we return to our Palm Beach Office, we will forward the address and phone number of Stabilimento Johnson for the condecorations.”
On February 2, 2002, a Mr. Simmons forwarded to Mr. Branscum, the investigator, the following in an e-mail he received from Mr. Boada on April 21, 2000, which stated, “In order to proceed, I would kindly request that you please send to me by priority or express mail, copies of any and all documents mentioned to our Palm Beach Office at [address omitted], Palm Beach Florida [zipcode omitted]. Our telephone and fax numbers are (561) [phone number omitted] and (561) [phone number omitted].” Continuing he asked that Mr. Simmons send a “check payable to British Feudal Investments Ltd. sending it to the above [Palm Beach, Florida] address.” Again, a Palm Beach, Florida Office is obviously proclaimed. There is no mistake about it.
To Christina Fletcher, who had proposed a meeting with them in Florida as they advertised a Palm Beach Office, Thomas de Vere a Court, really Mark T. Williams, wrote back on July 22, 2002 asking her to propose a date, “so I may check the calendar.” He continued, “When in the US office [in Palm Beach, Florida] we spend a great deal of time visiting clients and are not often here.” This is just another admission by BFI that they have had a Palm Beach, Florida Office and this was made in July of 2002.
Of interest, and also confirming a Palm Beach office, is a note in a book entitled, The Season: The Secret Life of Palm Beach and American’s Richest Society, printed in 1999, wherein Ronald Kessler, the author writes: “. . . Palm Beach prizes hereditary titles as much as it prizes ambassadors. No party is complete without a prince or princess, a viscount or a baroness, a marquess or an earl.” Then he continues, “. . . many are sold by scam artists and are worthless, according to Antony Cartaya Boada, a Palm Beach and Miami attorney who specializes in peerage law and is author of Instant Aristocracy.” (p. 173) How come this author got the impression that Mr. Boada is a Palm Beach attorney? Probably because Mr. Boada and others told him he was. It is no secret that Mr. Boada operated an office out of Palm Beach.
Both Mr. Boada and Mr. Williams have social security numbers, are United States citizens and have Florida State Driver’s Licenses numbers. (see www.noblescams.com) In other words, they are both legal residents of the State of Florida and are United States citizens. Both of the old phone numbers, Mr. Boada declared were phones numbers for his Palm Beach office are still working numbers for the Palm Beach area. And his self reported office address of (address omitted), Palm Beach, FL (zipcode omitted) is a part of La Palma Condominiums. I called the Condominium office at (phone number omitted) a number of times throughout the years and discovered they both actually lived there, in fact, Mr. Boada owns it jointly with his mother. In addition, Mr. Branscum, the investigator, also confirmed, by visiting the La Palma Condominiums, that Boada and Mark T. Williams lived at this address. (see www.noblescams.com)
The first and the corrected (second) Statutory Declarations of Antony Boada to me both officially declare that Antony Boada operates out of Miami, Florida. The address given is “[address omitted], Miami, Florida [zipcode omitted], USA.” Mr. Smith, one of Boada’s many many victims, wrote me the following in an e-mail on October 17, 2002, “All information I have received from BFI (except attorney), has come from Florida.” He added, “This in my mind, constitutes ‘doing business in the State of Florida’ (i.e., maintaining business offices by making telephone calls and sending faxes for . . . selling a good or service contract, etc.).” He also wrote that, “My Sales Contract (Feb. 2000) indicates that the transaction took place in the ‘sellers’ office listed as British Feudal Investments, LTD (BFI) [address omitted], Palm Beach, FL [zipcode and phone number omitted].” In other words, this was declared to be done in Mr. Boada’s Palm Beach, Florida Office.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to put two and two together and come up with the grand conclusion that Mr. Boada operated out of Florida as he professed and proclaimed to do on his old website. This is a no brainer. Hence, jurisdiction and venue is clear and obvious and beyond reasonable doubt. But he is also culpable in England claiming a British office and phone number as well, not just for his London Office, but an apartment at (address omitted), London, England with the following phone number (phone number omitted), which I called and talked to a gal in March of 2003 who confirmed to me that this was indeed Mr. Boada’s phone number and alternate place of residence. But despite all this, Mr. Boada will deny it. He will unfortunately lie every chance he can get.
Mr. Boada, in all three of the "statutory declarations"--the instruments of deception, that he sent to me, declared that he was an "attorney" and that he received his degree from the Modern University of Lisbon, which university denies he was ever a student there or ever at any time received a degree. He also ended many of his e-mails from February 2000 to March of 2001 as "Antony, Baron Chafford, LL.B." In other words, he claims to hold a Bachelor of Laws degree. Yet on his old website, he claims to hold "a doctorate of International Peerage Law" and in another place as well as in his Florida attorney's December 2002 letter, he claims to have a masters degree in Peerage Law. Boada also claims British Feudal Investments, Ltd. was a "law firm" on his old website. And this "law firm," that is, British Feudal Investments, Ltd. claimed to have a Palm Beach, Florida office on that same website. It is illegal for anyone to claim to be an attorney anywhere in the United States and especially to have a law office in Florida unless he is passed the bar. (see: www.flabar.org to confirm that Antony Boada is illegally unregistered as an attorney in the State of Florida)
The author Ronald Kessler in his book, as quoted above, wrote that "Antony Cartaya Boada" was "a Palm Beach and Miami attorney who specializes in peerage law and is the author of Instant Aristocracy." How did this author get the idea that Boada was a Florida attorney? The followings is probably a good example of how. One of Boada's victims, who is willing to testify in court to this effect, told how Boada expressly told him that he, Boada, was a practicing attorney and was doing pro bono work with one of the prosecuting attorneys in the State of Florida. He probably told him this to intimidate him. Or, to impress him that he was legit and an honest, powerful, upright and law-abiding man. He ended up taking this man for over $80,000.00. Obviously, Mr. Boada is not a man to be trusted.
When Boada writes something he appears to include exaggerations, labeling or calling people names, and rarely, if ever, does he provide any evidence to back up the fairy tales or exaggerated stories he tells. This is because, one, no proofs exists, and two, he has such a hard time not making things up. I believe his attorney has convinced him not to respond too often as he tends to make himself look ridiculous whenever he writes something. (see " Revealing Article.") The following are some examples of how distorted things can get.
Mr. Branscum and Mr. Parker, the private investigators, who wrote the report on www.noblescams.com, produced a very factual report based on over one hundred pages of correspondence between Mr. Boada, Pitts-Tucker, the solicitor and their victim. To defend himself Mr. Boada in his March 5, 2003 letter, calls the report, "a compendium of lies, half-truths, suppositions, unfounded and unproven allegations. . . ." The funny thing is that is a perfect description of his defense. Ever willing to exaggerate going to the point of being batty, he compares what is written in the report to the writings of "Joseph Stalin and Adolf Hitler" and calls Mr. Branscum a "'hick' American." He calls it "a laughable and preposterous allegation," but like usual he provides no evidence or backing for his accusations at least that make any sense. For example, he wrote, "It can be easily and forensically concluded that Oracle [Mr. Branscum] has falsified all of its so-called 'scanned document images'. . . ." A very brazen statement to say the least, but the point is, it is totally nuts. I checked out each and every quote. The type and spacing were precisely identical without a single error or change. But most importantly, the incriminating words were same as the original documents. The Law Society has a copy of all the originals and so do I and a number of others. Hence, it is pretty hard to fool those who have the evidence in hand. This type of defense maneuver is typical for Boada, but it left him with egg on his face, that is, it made him look like a fool.
Another amazing statement is that " Oracles report continues, page after page, to be littered with references to homosexuality. . . ." The complete report and attachments is over one hundred pages, and homosexuality is mentioned only two times, not page after page. And it was mentioned because it has a bearing on what was done by Boada's accomplice, Mark T. Williams. (see " Accomplice1" and " Accomplice2")
I find it very humorous that Pitts-Tucker and/or Boada in their letters say I am a “demented man” or “obsessed” or a “lunatic” or a “crackpot” or "worthless" or “a religious zealot” or “delusional” or “arriviste” or “parvenu.” This is not how professionals should behave. But shame is especially due to Mr. Boada, who has sunk the lowest of the two, and is calling people names without sufficient grounds or evidence.
But I am an “amateur” when it comes to legal matters. They are certainly right about that. As such I have an excuse, but these men who profess to be lawyers and/or high solicitors should be held to the high standards of their profession, even if Mr. Boada is a fake and an imposter.
Boada wrote that one victim had the "unrealistic and haughty aspiration," even the "insane" thought that he "would be invited to Imperial and Royal events and be accepted as a member of royalty everywhere . . . ," or be a "universally recognized royal prince. . . ." I thought his counter to this distraction was perfect. He asked the Law Society to contact the Imperial and Royal family themselves and find out if he had tried to do what Boada accuses him of. He told them if he had done as Boada had claimed, the Imperial Family would remember it, that is, it would stand out like a sore thumb, because it would be so daffy, and they would say so. But while they were inquiring, they should ask them if they know of Antony Boada and the Trade Consult Group, Limited that is supposed to represent the Imperial Family, so they would know for themselves that this was garbage. This would both clear this victim of being a nut case and would show Boada to be a fraud at the same time. In other words, it would "kill two birds with one stone." But this kind of behavior on the part of Mr. Boada shows he is desperate and corrupt enough to try to humiliate and belittle his victims or do what is despicable, rather than help them, provide good customer service, or come clean and be honest about things.
But the point is, all of these things are distractions designed to derail or get people off the track. He wants everyone involved to bark up the wrong tree or do things that won't lead to a productive end. The real issue is that by law in England, Mr. Boada must prove the root of the title back at least 15 years, which he doesn't want to be forced to do as it would expose his despicable way of life. Instead of being honorable, he chose to use his talents to rob and cheat people out of large sums of money or live the life of a base criminal and enemy of society. (see " News" and " The Challenge.")
If you have been victimized by Mr. Boada, Mr. Williams or Mr. Pitts-Tucker, it’s time to make criminal complaints and sue them for the detestable things they have done to you and many others. It’s like the saying, “United we stand divided we fall.” Only when the authorities see that hundreds have actually been robbed and cheated, will they put a priority on this serious case.
