Schemes and Cons from a Master of Deceit continued:
If you have been victimize by any of these despicable men, Antonio A. Boada, Mark T. Williams or Roger Pitts-Tucker, go to "The Answer" and learn how you can join in a class action suit against them.
*************************************
I will now introduce another Boada scheme. On page 134, of his book Instant Aristocracy: How To Make It Into the Titled Aristocratic and Royal Ranks NOW! in the chapter entitled, "The Legend of the White Rajahs" (pp. 128-135), he writes that “HRH Sir Anthony W. D. Brook . . . to this day, remains the white Rajah of Sarawak.” Yet, the sovereignty of Sarawak was given up permanently to Great Briton on July 1, 1946 by Rajah Vyner Brooke, his uncle. And in February of 1951, Anthony Brooke formally and officially abandoned all legal rights and claims to the sovereignty and royal title of Rajah (king) of Sarawak. (www.library.ohiou.edu/libinfo/depts/sea/sarawak/datesvyn.htm)
This contradiction, however, was no deterrent to Mr. Boada, who is determined to capitalize on people’s ignorance in order to dupe them into believing that he can sell you legitimate and valid titles of nobility. All you have to do is let Mr. Boada, the notorious con man, supposedly negotiate with Anthony Brooke, who has no authority to confer noble titles, and Mr. Boada will sell you a fake title. What a great con! Boada gets all the money (thousands of dollars) and will give you a worthless piece of paper that may cost him $15.00 at the most with shipping and handling.
Yet Boada declares, “The Rajah [who was never a rajah (king) and never had authority to convey titles of nobility for this country] is legally entitled to grant titles of nobility whenever he wishes. . . .” (p. 134) So who do you believe? Mr. Boada, the con artist, or history? Probably the best thing is to get your answer directly from “the horse’s mouth.” In a short autobiography entitled, “Former Raja Muda recalls days in Sarawak: The Story of Anthony Brooke,” this great man says of himself, “Today he is plain Anthony Brooke of Wanganui. But once he was Rajah Muda [crown prince] of Sarawak.” (www.angelfire.com/journal/brooke2000/AnthonyStory.html)
In response to my questions about titles and Sarawak, I received a direct communication from Anthony Brooke, himself:
Dear Mr Sir,
I was formally Rajah Muda of Sarawak, which is now incorporated in the Federation of Malaysia, and am still entitled to be addressed as Rajah Muda by those who wish to do so. I have never, at any time, been legally entitled or had the inclination to sell titles, and certainly no one has ever been given the right to sell titles on my behalf, which would be quite abhorrent to me.
I hope this clarifies the matter for you?
Sincerely
Anthony Brooke
Anthony Brooke is titled himself, but simply has no royal prerogative, no noble or sovereign right to grant any noble titles any more than a commoner has. In fact, since he was never rajah, he never had the right ever at any time in his life especially after he abdicated in 1951. But being a professional thief, Mr. Boada hatched up this ploy along with a number of others in his book to lie, cheat and steal from innocent, unsuspecting people, who fail to check things out.
As of June 11, 2003, British Feudal Investments, Ltd. put up a disclaimer on their website entitled, "THE ROYAL HOUSE OF LUSIGNAN," which read as follows:
We are the exclusive representatives of the Prince of Lusignan. We do not sell through eBay, nor do we authorise anyone else to do this in our name. We know that the name of the Prince of Lusignan is being used to auction titles on eBay. This is not BFI but Edward Bond and BFI has nothing to do with these sales.
Even though they deny any involvement in this scam, yet Boada sold the title of "Prince of Galilee" to Edward Slade Bond. I have a copy of the "Deed of Transfer" completed by Roger Pitts-Tucker, as solicitor, and signed by Antony Boada "for and in behalf of The Royal House of Lusignan (former Kings of the Latin Kingdom of Jerusalem, Cyprus & Lesser Armenia) through their representatives, British Feudal Investments Ltd."
Mr. Boada, because he is guilty, has a lot to hide. We have known for a long time that one of the titles, a royal title, he claims for himself is the "Prince of Lusignan." This phoney prince is one of biggest deceivers of them all, or at least he used to be. To read some more about Prince Antonio Boada's exploits in the sale of phoney titles, see: www.baronage.co.uk/2002d/bradford2.html. Demonstrating Boada's involvement in this fraudulent scheme, Edward Slade Bond, the man who Boada sold the title of "Prince of Galilee" to, wrote a number of times on his auction blurb that he "was given official recognition recently by HRH Prince Antonie de Lusignan, chief in name and arms of the Royal House of Lusignan. . . ." (March 2003) In other words, Boada endorsed him.
And how could anyone in their right mind claim such an absurd thing like being the Prince and Head of an extinct family that died off 600 years ago? Well, Jason Lee in a May 9, 2003 “statement” to the Earl of Bradford, wrote, “They [Boada and Pitts-Tucker] received title from Prince Luis of Savoy, nephew, and representative of, to the Princess Maria Beatrice of Savoy located in Mexico, the known holder of the titles of the Latin Kingdom of Jerusalem.”
The first red flag is that there is no "Prince Luis of Savoy." I check the genealogy myself and then asked a highly respected and renown expert, Guy Stair Sainty, if such a man ever existed. He confirmed my research declaring that no such person ever lived with this name.
Then I wondered how could Boada get the harebrained idea that Maria Beatrice of Savoy, the third daughter of the last King of Italy could pass on a title when her older brother is the crown prince and rightful heir to all the titles of his father or patrimony of the once kingdom of Italy. Then I discovered that there are two Maria Beatrice's of Savoy. No wonder Boada got this mixed up, but by so doing he was caught in guile. Guy Stair Sainty on his website (www.chivalricorders.org/royalty/gotha/savoyhis.htm) explains that the “the claim to the Crowns of Cyprus, Armenia and Jerusalem while still claimed by the House of Savoy, passed de jure to Princess Maria Beatrice of Savoy, daughter of Victor Emmanuel IV, who is now represented by Franz, Duke of Bavaria, see BAVARIA).” This Princess Maria Beatrice of Savoy lived in the 18 hundreds and certainly did not come back from the dead and give her rights to Boada and Pitts-Tucker. Although Boada is certainly not beyond claiming anything he can to buffalo you into giving up your money.
Now I will show who really has the rights to the Royal House of Lusignan and it is certainly not Boada, nor is it the Modern Princess Maria Beatrice of Savoy who lives in Mexico and never at any time held the "de jure" rights to Jerusalem. In fact, it is important to remember that the Royal House of Italy is represented by the junior, not senior, line of the Royal House of Savoy.
Remember, Mr. Sainty said that the “Crowns of Cyprus, Armenia and Jerusalem . . . is now represented by Franz, Duke of Bavaria.” The following is a website on this Duke: members.rogers.com/jacobites/kings/francis2.htm. This is the “Franz, Duke of Bavaria” that he was talking about. If you look on one of the pages you’ll find his genealogy. (members.rogers.com/jacobites/gentree.htm) He is well known. He is the recognized heir to the Kingdom of Bavaria. Note he is descended from the Kings of Sardinia. That is the Senior Line, not the junior line, of the Royal House of Savoy. He is a direct descendant of Princess Mary Beatrice of Savoy who lived in the 18 hundreds. Therefore, he is the rightful and proper heir of the Royal House of Lusignan. He holds the highest lineal right on earth to this crown. No one else comes even close. He is the "de jure" King of Jerusalem, not Boada, the con man and chronic liar. So here we are again, face to face, with another Boada scams. But hold on, there's more.
Another sinister scheme presented in Mr. Boada’s book: Instant Aristocracy: How to To Make It into the Titled Aristocratic and Royal Ranks NOW! is Mr. Boada’s invention of a Rajah of Tambora. (pp. 128-133) Six pages of explanation fail to identify a current Rajah. He claims there is, but the last descendent he identifies lived in 1720 or more than two hundred years ago.
To prevent giving himself away or in order to commit the perfect crime, he is careful not to give out information that could readily prove this whole thing is a fake. No wonder he makes sure that he keeps the so-called Rajah’s name hidden, and gives no address or way to verify and confirm if his claim is true or false.
Evasion and sidestep are common ways to identify when a con is being perpetrated. Honest dealers are open, straightforward and up-front. They do not hide in the shadows. For example, Boada specifies that if you contribute large sums of money to the Rajah’s favorite charities, he will grant you a title of nobility–a “barony will go for US $3000, viscountcies $4000, counties $5,000, marquessates $8000, and dukedoms for $10,000 and above.” (p. 132) But he never tells you the names of these charities so you could contact them and find out if his claims are real or not.
But he did make some major slips and one mistake was so big that it gives it all away. In other words, this is just another scam he designed to use to deceive people into giving up their hard earned money for nothing but a fake and worthless title from a non-existent man.
If “the present day ‘white Rajah’ of Tambora . . . lives in a luxurious and stately home in Natal,” South Africa, as claimed, surely somebody would know of him. (p. 130) Let’s face it a royal family would be well-known. This kind of thing always creates a lot of interest. Yet nobody seems to have heard of this man.
If such a family really existed, how come he is not listed in any of the comprehensive lists that show all the royal families of the earth. (www.royalty.nu/worldlinks.html) This is not the kind of thing one would expect of a sovereign family who are rich, supposed to make contributions to many charities, give out noble titles, and are so big that they operate their own heraldic office manned by a noted artist and calligrapher as Boada claims. (pp. 130, 132, 135)
Does it seem reasonable that the State Herald of South Africa has never heard of such a prominent and important South African? Or, has no record of his forefathers or a royal coat-of-arms in their archives for anyone for Tambora? In other words, no one has claimed to be the heir to this royal title. It is dead. Hence, if the original Rajah had posterity, they are totally unrecognized, unacknowledged and unknown in the country and world in which they live. The Deputy Director of the State Herald wrote on October 3, 2003 that, “The Bureau of Heraldry has no knowledge of such a person whatsoever nor of the activities you mentioned” (Marcel.vanRossum@dac.gov.za)
The claim that a Rajah of Tambora has his own “heraldic office” doesn’t make sense either. That is, if such existed, how could it be that the supreme herald of South Africa would be totally unaware of it? And if it is “manned by Col. Abrahamson, the noted [meaning recognized and well-known] heraldic artist and calligrapher” as purported by Boada, then how is it that the Deputy Director, Mr. Marcel C. van Rossum would write on October 10, 2003 that, “The Bureau of Heraldry has never heard of the [so-called] noted artist and calligrapher Col. Abrahamson.” (Marcel.vanRossum@dac.gov.za)
All of the above is very strange and odd. It doesn’t fit. But it all becomes clear if you know that Antony Boada is a con artist and a notorious scoundrel who makes a living ripping people off with his lies.
Now for the clincher that blew this whole thing out of the water and proves that this is just another one of his scams. Mr. Boada wrote on page 133 of his book that, “The Russian College of Arms (CHR) also recognizes the titles issued by the Rajah of Tambora . . . .” (p. 133) To recognize them, this organization would, first, have to know that there is, in all actuality, a Rajah of Tambora, and, two, they would have to know for a fact that this person was the real thing, not a phoney or a fake, and was indeed legitimate, authorized and empowered to confer such noble titles.
Well, with this in mind, does it surprise you to know that the Director of the Russian College of Arms (CHR) has never so much as heard of a Rajah of Tambora. He wrote on October 9, 2003, “I can absolutely definitely say that we have NEVER even heard about any Rajah of Tambora. Hence, surely, the CHR has NEVER issued any documents for this person.” (armorial@yandex.ru)
So there you have it, another fake royal invented by a con man to rob and steal from those who don’t check out his despicable and fraudulent claims.
Mr. Boada called me on the phone in March of 2000 and told me that a very spry older woman, who was about 97 who lived in the Palm Beach area and was a senior Princess of Prussia and was at that time the head of a charity. And if I sent him $10,000.00 to $15,000.00, he could probably get her to sign a letter as one of the members of the Hohenzollern Family Land Trust, Inc. a.k.a. the Trade Consult Group, Ltd. that I was indeed the true holder of a title once owned by the Emperors of Germany.
I totally believed him, but didn’t have this kind of money, so I declined. Later, after questioning the validity of the title, Mr. Boada wrote me on September 21, 2000 that “my particular best friend in the group [of German Imperial royalty who were members of the Trade Consult Group, Ltd.] is 97 years old and honestly does not want to be bothered by what she considers a distant past. They all recognize the need or desire for the Hohenzollern name to continue, though.”
Well, I finally found out who this person really is, it is Baroness Thea von Theilheimer Shenkman of Palm Beach. (her phone number is (561) 588-8981). I called her up, she is now 100 years old, which is the right age, knows Boada, was the chairman of a big fund raising program in the year 2000, exactly like Boada reported. It is called “Food Relief International,” her daughter is the head of this organization that Mr. Boada got involved with somehow. Note that the Baroness is the "International Chairman." (see: www.chela.com/Rytasha/pr03.htm now http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.chela.com/Rytasha/pr03.htm) (Boada had his phoney Patriarch of Antioch who no one has ever seen or heard of, because he is a fake, give them a certificate of recognition, see: http://web.archive.org/web/20020201040034/www.chela.com/Rytasha/pr17.htm.) But the point is, this Baroness is not related to the Imperial and Royal House of Prussia in any way. She is not even a Princess. This was all made up by Boada as a ploy to con me into giving him $10,000.00 to $15,000.00. What kind of man does this kind of thing? My answer is that he is the personification of almost everything ugly and retched in mankind.
This corrupt man, Antony Boada, is so decadent that he is currently involved in yet another scam that is even more despicable, perhaps, than any of the others I have yet discovered. The website is: www.immigration-world.com/interest/titles-eng.shtml. It conveniently identifies itself by introducing the man involved. The “Marquis of Alessio,” that is, Mr. Boada, himself, is introduced in the very first sentence. In other words, Mr. Boada is the culprit. Later in the fifth paragraph it explains that “V.I.S.A.” is the name of the so-called company running this website. This stands for “Vista International Success Agency, Limited.” And you can arrange a marriage of convenience through this group, buy a piece of the moon, get UFO insurance, own you own offshore bank, and have a secret address or a diplomatic passport to supposedly give you immunity from any crimes you may wish to committed. This company is so foul that they have been placed on the “strike off list” prepared by the Republic of Ireland, that is, this company is no longer allowed to do any business in Ireland, because of such criminal nonsense as Boada’s fake and phoney noble titles. (www.cro.ie/solists/SO120500.TXT)
By reading further, it becomes clear that V.I.S.A. is an “agent of Expat World.” So now, we know who the real owner is and the connection between Boada and Expat World is pretty obvious. Expat World sells Boada’s book of lies. (www.expatworld.org/book7.htm) They also share an almost exact duplicate of the article we’ve been discussing on the V.I.S.A. website. (www.expatworld.org/article8.htm) (this was changed but I have a copy of it) That is, the article “Noble Titles Market Soars to Record Levels” in the Expat World website is a near copy with only some minor changes as the article “How to acquire a real and legal Western European Title of Nobility in 90 days” is in the V.I.S.A. website. The similarity is readily apparent and obvious as they are almost identical. Both feature the corrupt “Marquis of Alessio”–Mr. Boada, as their title man. And both articles try to sell the Barony of Clonakilty, which was proven to be a fake title by Mr. J. C. Williams. He bought it back in 2002 from Mr. Boada and found that the so-called original owner, the Earl of Shannon, never did business with the con artist, Antonio A. Boada and no barony by that name ever existed in their patrimony. The Chief Deputy of Heraldry in Ireland also declared it to be fraudulent claim, that is, a fake title. So right off the bat, this scheme is exposed. Expat World, V.I.S.A., and Boada are all connected somehow and apparently are still criminally involved in selling fraudulent merchandise.
In this article, this crooked man, Mr. Boada, calls these counterfeits he claims are genuine titles of nobility “investments” in a “stampede bull market”–“the nobility title’s market,” and titles are “a good investment,” and “I recommend investing in titles,” and “the yields are tremendous.” All of this goes under the umbrella of securities violations in the State of Florida and most of the United States. So here we have these two more websites breaking the law of the land in America unless they are or were "licensed brokers."
But the clincher that reveals how deceitful and odious this site is, is made obvious in the following misleading statement, which qualifies as a “fraudulent misrepresentation” under the “Misrepresentation Act of 1967." It falsely states, “Please remember that all our Titles sales qualify to receive the legalization under signature and seal of Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Foreign & Commonwealth Affairs of Great Britain–the most stringent monarchy in the world today as far as regulation of Titles go.”
All the con artists interested in selling phoney titles of nobility with the claim that they are legitimate ancient and genuine noble titles use this ploy. It is a highly misleading statement, but it characterizes Boada extremely well. First, the only “qualification” to use this notarization is simply to pay an empowered or authorized solicitor. Second, it provides no assurance of anything but a signature. In fact, this ploy can be used as legalization to proclaim that I am the “Emperor of Rome” duly installed with all the authority to restore my empire by blood, terror and carnage. And it would be “legalized under the signature and seal of Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Foreign & Commonwealth Affairs of Great Britain.” This signature and seal could also be used to legalize that Mr. Boada is a “dwarf,” a “fairy” or an “imp” from the nether world or some other idiotic or crazy proposition. I could declare that I am “Mighty Mouse,” "Daffy Duck" or you are “the man in the moon.” Again, it provides no certainty, no guarantee, no promise or surety of anything but an accurate signature. Put simply an Apostille certificate authenticates the signature of the individual who has signed the document, and that the document will by agreement be recognized as legal in another state or country which has joined the Hague Convention. (see: www.proz.com/?sp=h&id=368769)
To imply that this notarization is somehow connected to the statement that this is “the most stringent monarchy in the world today as far as regulation of Titles go,” is also grossly misleading. It has nothing to do with England’s regulation of titles. It is nothing more or less than the witnessing of a signature. In fact, the phoney noble titles market is mushrooming in England today and these vile people love to say that their fake titles are true and legitimate because, after all, they can have Her Majesty’s Principal Secretary of State legalize it. Therefore, if they declare you to be “the cow that jumped over the moon,” it’s legal. And in that case, you are obviously the cow that jumped over the moon or "King Neptune," himself or "Peter Pan," legally, not really. It is being used by these scam artists to trick people into thinking their phoney titles are real.
These fraudsters, especially Mr. Boada, lie through their teeth and care not at all for the plight of their victims. They are heartless. For example, notice that the V.I.S.A. website in question is for people who want to immigrate from a foreign country. (www.immigration-world.com) In other words, it is for people who are desperate to change their circumstances. And “the uninformed [the foreigner, who can’t speak English very well] are easily misinformed” and lead down the primrose path by liars and deceivers. These are very vulnerable people. "It’s like taking candy from a baby." But it is easy money and an easy sell, and therefore, it is a con artist’s dream. But I can’t tell you how pathetic and sick I think it is to rob these innocent and defensless people! This is the work of a very twisted reprobate–a “sociopath” in every sense of the world.
But there’s more. We’ve only scratched the surface.
If you have been victimized by Mr. Boada, Mr. Williams or Mr. Pitts-Tucker, it’s time to make criminal complaints and sue them for the detestable things they have done to you and many others. It’s like the saying, “United we stand divided we fall.” Only when the authorities see that hundreds have actually been robbed and cheated, will they put a priority on this serious case. Go to “The Answer” for more information.
