*************************************
What follows is the unveiling of another deceptive plan designed to rob and cheat innocent, unsuspecting people. This time it involves a fake Patriarch of Antioch, not to be confused with the real ones who don't make up noble titles of European nobility and sell them or pretend to having the supreme or any kind of authority to do such.
I have a letter from the General Administrator and Personal Secretary of His Majesty, King Juan Carlos I of Spain, and from the King at Arms (the Chief Herald of Spain) that all titles and knighthood's of the Patriarch of Antioch are considered bogus, worthless and illegal in Spain. This is because they are a part of a recognized, phoney, nonexistent church.
To show the obvious connection between Mr. Boada and this phoney Patriarch, note that the address for this Patriarch on page 53 in Mr. Boada’s book Instant Aristocracy: How To Make It into the Titled Aristocratic and Royal Ranks NOW! and the address for British Feudal Investments, Ltd. is exactly the same. In other words, this is Boada’s scheme. He either invented it or he took over someone else’s fantasy.
In Mr. Boada’s book in the chapter entitled, “Getting Hold of the Keys of the Kingdom: The Least Expensive Way to Obtain a Legitimate Title,” he reveals many of the schemes greatest weaknesses via some outlandish statements and contradictions, such as, His Beatitude Alexander II, since starting his reign in 1964 and now presides over a “growing, ecumenical, perhaps, unstoppable, world organization with representatives all around the globe.” (p. 42) If so, an important question is, why has no one ever heard of it? There are several true Christian Patriarchs of Antioch, but not an "Alexander II," nor is there a Church by the name he presents that fulfills the following wild, exaggerated assertion.
That is, Mr. Boada claims “approximately 1.8 million followers to perhaps as many as 7 million people throughout the world.” (p. 52) He also states that the Holy See of this fake church now has “distinguished individuals throughout the world representing the Patriarchate in various countries and before international organizations such as before the Western European Union to whose General Assembly the Holy See was invited to participate. . . .” (p. 52) The Patriarch’s highly successful “world tours” and skills as a leader was set forth the reason for the church’s great success. (p. 42) But, again, no one knows of him or his church? Yet, he states, “Full entry [in the United Nations] is expected towards the later half of the year 2000. . . .” (p. 52)
How could it be that no one knows of this church, if it is so great and influential as described? Realistically, no church that large (1.8 to 7 million members) would be unknown in the world. Things like this do not happen in a vacuum. If this was true, it would be a well-known historical fact of great interest to many people. There are just too many people and organizations who track such things all the time. Simply put, these claims are absurd and no such church exists. But always out for a buck and ready to bilk anyone he can, Mr. Boada will gladly sell you a diplomatic passport for this strange unknown “sovereign” church for peanuts, that is, for only $16,600.00. (p. 52, 66) Would you buy a used car from such a man? I wouldn't. But I did get swindled and terribly so.
Another important point showing great inconsistency is that the Church’s name is described as being “the Ecumenical Jacobite Church of Antioch,” and yet it is supposed to be an “orthodox” church with “Melchite” or Byzantine rites. That is, “the Holy See [Boada’s phoney Church] reaffirmed at that time [1964] its orthodox position and brought in a number of the faithful of the various Antiochene sects who wished the Holy See to continue to adhere to the traditions, rites, liturgy, and dogma dating from biblical times.” (p. 51) All of this is contrary to being “ecumenical.” In other words, ecumenical and orthodox are contradictory practices by definition and in actual meaning. So the cat is out of the bag, and it is again clear that something is very strange, odd and unsettling about this whole questionable story.
Continuing Mr. Boada claims that this ecumenical/orthodox church, which had a history of “many schisms and regroupings . . . being vacant for several centuries, the Catholicate [so called apostolic succession of ecclesiasticals] was revived by one of the Antiochene sects.” (p. 51) This puts it’s so called sovereign rights, if it ever had any to begin with, in disarray or into a jumbled mess. And the loss of continuity or broken succession equals the absolute loss of any kind of authoritative claim over the past in international law. The obvious conclusion is that this fake organization’s claims are bogus based on this admission alone. But the organization is really only a figment of Mr. Boada’s sinister imagination anyway.
To borrow legitimacy, Mr. Boada says, this nonexistent make believe church “became chartered in various countries chief among them which is The Netherlands. . . .” (p. 52) He claims that this Dutch charter “authorized and empowered” it to assume full power [or sovereignty] over “the titles and estates of the dispossessed nobility in the Christian Levant . . . the Kingdom of Jerusalem, the Latin Empire of Constantinople and the rest of the smaller crusader states, the principality of Antioch, the countries of Tripoli and Edessa, etc.” (p. 42)
Really! In other words, I can go to Holland and they have authority to empower me to rob the dead and usurp the noble and royal titles and the power of sovereignty of extinct kingdoms and empires of antiquity. That means I could become Pharaoh, King of Egypt or the Emperor of Assyria or the King of Israel. No thinking man could believe such an idiotic moronic claim. It is simply out of sync with the rational mind and all the recognized laws of sovereignty and good reason.
But now the secret comes out. They can only confer these noble titles on “ adherents of the Jacobite religion and members of the Church.” (p. 52) Finally the admission comes out of the closet that they know their titles are not real, legitimate, sovereign titles of great dignity in corporeal reality. They are merely pretend titles for private church members, not real titles of real dignity and worth in the earth. But then with this in mind, why does Mr. Boada try to imply that they rank with the highest titles of Europe and the ancients? Simply, because it is another scam he invented or fabricated to make money. (For more see: " New Discoveries2.")
I was taken in by this despicable man, because I was ignorant of the law and I thought nothing could be wrong, because of Roger Pitts-Tucker’s involvement. (see " Crooked Solicitor.") I actually totally believed it until I read an article on the internet entitled, “ The Chivalric Emporium of West Virginia and other mail order ventures” written by Dr. Pangloss. ( www.maineworldnewsservice.com/caltrap/chivalri.htm) If you skip a few pages, you will run into the subtitle: “ The Holy See of the Patriarchate of Antioch.” This article was very revealing and opened my eyes to the fact that I had been had.
One victim wrote:
I payed for membership in a defunct, illegitimate, self-styled order of knighthood that never meets, has no ceremonies, newsletters, galas or anything. Where were the royal patrons, the princes and great personages of Europe I was supposed to be able to mingle with and meet? It was a pack of lies. Yet membership, Mr. Boada wrote on page 63 of his book, includes “invitations to all of the Order’s diplomatic, ceremonial and social functions held around the world, as well as receiving the Newsletter of the Order."
Mr. Boada's book is full of premeditated lies used to fool people into buying worthless titles of nobility. He invited this man to join “one of the world’s most historic and prestigious Orders of Chivalry. . . ” through his book. (p. 63) But on page 66, he gave an important and revealing “word of warning.” He stated that there are “phoney ‘branches’ of the Maltese Order” and “a bevy of imposters using (selling off its) [the Knights of Malta’s] good name.” And he wrote, “It is a pity that this happens, but it does.” All these self-styled orders of St. John like “to capitalize on the legitimate Order’s renown, prestige and worldwide appeal.” Then he wrote, “Our firm has helped a number of these victims join the real order–the one that really has actual premises and offices and operates out of Malta.” “Don’t you be duped. . . .”
Then, after all this about fake orders of St. John and he representing the legitimate one, Mr. Boada sold this man a phoney knighthood that, according to his book, was supposed to “comprise of distinguished royal personages, members of all the nobilities of Europe and other continents, as well as prominent lawyers, doctors, jurists, business persons and entrepreneurs and artists from all walks of life.” (p. 65) "Royal Patronage and Protectors of the Order today include many great personages of the European social and royal sense such as Her Majesty Queen Beatrix of Holland, His Royal Highness, the Crown Prince Alexander, recognized head of the Royal House of Serbia, the former Yugoslavia, the French-Cypriot Princess de Lusignan, HSH the Prince of Lippe, and many other kings, queens, princes, nobles and royal personages lend their support and patronage as well.” (p. 65)
He stated, “It was possible and encouraged for new knights to meet these principals of the Order of St. John at the various ceremonies and social events sponsored by the Order.”
On the application page (p. 67) it stated, “Membership entitles [one] to invitations to all special ceremonies, events, investitures, galas and functions held by the knights from time to time and periodic printed matter on the activities of the Order.”
Now for the point of all this: since this man received membership in the Knights of Malta from Mr. Boada in the Summer of 2000, he has never been invited to any special ceremonies, events, investitures, galas or any kind of function whatever. He never received the newsletter or periodic printed material as promised. He was suppose to be a Grand Collar, the highest knightly rank for the elite–those who have special privileges and special treatment. Yet he didn’t receive so much as a letter of welcome from anyone except Mr. Boada, the con man. No wonder this group has never, and cannot be endorsed by the International Commission on Orders of Chivalry, since it is a farce. (www.icocregister.org) It is a bogus group that never meets and really does not even exist.
Now for another scheme from Mr. Boada's book of lies Instant Aristocracy. It’s from the chapter entitled, “Georgia on My Mind: The Mystery of ‘The Lost Bagrations’ Solved.” (see page 115) It is about how the former Head of the Royal House of Georgia supposedly wrote out 15 to 20 blank patents of nobility and had them signed, notarized and registered by the Lord Chancellor of His House in the early 1970's. Then they mysteriously disappeared and were lost for about fifteen years. But surprise, surprise Mr. Boada, the con man, himself, just happened to find them, and is willing to sell them to anyone who will pay the price: a barony for $8,000.00, a viscountcy for $9,000.00, a county for $10,000.00, a marquisette for $15,000.00 and a principality for $27,000.00.
The scheme here is to pull a sneaky or bypass the true legitimate Head of the Royal Family of Georgia, fraudulently backdate the blank patents to about 1975 near the time the Prince in question died, and then deceitfully declare to all the world that the deceased Prince Irakly de Bagration conferred the great honor upon you some thirty years ago. Even if this whole unlikely story were true, this is not any honest way of obtaining a title. It’s more than a stretch of the truth. It’s a black lie. The invention of a crooked man.
But this isn’t all. There is another scheme presented in the same chapter. (see page 118) Mr. Boada declares that it “is now possible to reclaim some of the most ancient and prestigious titles of European history for minimal sums–all sanctioned by the Georgian College of Arms who have sole discretion in the matter.” (p. 118) In theory, reclaiming or the rehabilitation of a title can only be justified if an individual is a very very close descendant of the original family that owned the title long ago. Now here Mr.Boada reveals himself by slyly adding, that 21 cases have been rehabilitated by the nonexistent, phoney “Georgia College of Arms” and sold “to, shall we say, ‘very distant’ relatives.” What that means is that they will rehabilitate and sell these noble titles to anyone, and would be more than glad to stretch the truth that one is related in any way to the original family. That is for anyone with money, the costs for these fakes are as follows: baronies $4,000.00, viscountcies $5,000.00, counties $6,000.00, marquesates $7,000.00, dukedoms $8,000.00 to $15,000.00 and principalities $9,000.00 up to $150,000.00.
Now to an important point, how could the Georgian College of Arms have sole authority to reclaim the most ancient and prestigious titles of European history? No College of Arms on earth can do this! This is impossible. Anyone who knows anything about ancient royal sovereignty knows that only the present Sovereign Head of a Royal Family has this kind of authority. In other words, the very man that Boada wants to bypass and have everyone overlook is actually the only man on earth that can restore a legitimate ancient, extinct noble title of Georgia. And that man is HRH Prince Jorge de Bagration of Moukhrani who presently lives in Spain. He is the only man who has “sole discretion in the matter.” In fact, the Embassy of Georgia told me that they have never heard of any “Georgia College at Arms.” But they readily recognize that Prince Jorge is the heir to the throne or the sole royal of Georgia that has any authority.
How come Boada never mentions that this is only valid way one could obtain a legitimate title from the ancient kingdom of Georgia? The answer is obvious and simple. It would disclose his ploy and ruin his clever scheme to deceive, rob and cheat people out of a lot of money.
Now to expose another despicable scam. A medical doctor bought the counties of Clissa and Nova from Boada on November 16, 2001. In Boada’s Statutory Declaration to this respected gentleman, it stated that “Queensgate Associates, Ltd.” received the noble titles from the “Manhattan Overseas Bank, Ltd.” on March 24, 1984. The problem here is that Queensgate Associates, Ltd. was not even in existence at that time, that is, it was not created until November 13, 2000, or over sixteen years later. In other words, we have another detestable lie. But the thing to remember is that this is not pretty theft. This is big and it is ugly. Boada regularly and terribly hurts people, takes advantage of them and leaves them with nothing. (Queensgate Associates, Ltd., co.#: 04106294, was incorporated on November 13, 2000 and was dissolved on October 8, 2002 for failure to fulfill corporate reporting requirements: see www.companies-house.gov.uk)
It doesn’t take much to find dirt or foul play on the part of Mr. Boada. It’s always just under the surface. He never fails to reveal a disgusting character with little or no integrity. For example, in December of 2003, I called up the so-called company secretary of Mr. Boada’s “Queensgate Associates, Ltd.” (see * below); and I discovered that she had never heard of Antony Boada or his company or the man registered as the sole company director, who supposedly lived at the same address as she did. Part of Boada’s game plan is to make up people, as well as noble titles, and/or use them, so it is no surprise, he would hatch up this kind of sinister deception to hide behind. But the point is, Boada officially registered fakes as the officers of his fraudulent company.
The following websites are on Mr. Boada’s "Queensgate Associates, Ltd.:
www.baronage.co.uk/2002/bfi1.html
http://www.chivalricorders.org/orders/selfstyled/slfstlod.htm
www.maineworldnewsservice.com/caltrap/chivalri.htm
Note that there is a new company that was started by the same name, but this is not Mr. Boada’s company. (www.manchesterpolymergroup.com/biogs/steve_learney.htm) To obtain information on Boada’s old terminated corporation see www.companieshouse.gov.uk and use Companies House Number: 04106294 to find the right company.
Each of the above websites make it clear that Queensgate Associates, Ltd. was run by the Duke of Campobello who is none other than Antonio A. Boada, the con man, himself. Mr. Boada’s September 13, 1990 letter and the newspaper articles attached to the paper “ Boada, a Con Man, since 1990" also confirms this alias, among so many others, is no other than Antony Boada. (see the second half of “ New Discoveries1")
Now back to the medical doctor who was robbed. His Statutory Declaration, which is really an instrument of deception used by Boada and Roger Pitts-Tucker, also states that Queensgate Associates, Ltd. deeded the titles of Clissa and Nova to British Feudal Investments, Ltd. on August 1, 2000. But Queensgate was not in existence at this time–not till four months later did it become a legal entity. Again, Boada’s story is full of holes and contradictions. Another big, ugly lie is apparent and sticks out like a sore thumb. And this is compounded by another slight of hand trick–Boada’s Queensgate Associates, Ltd. that did not legally exist at the time sold a title to Boada’s British Feudal Investments, Ltd. that was illegally unregistered with Companies House in England. In other words, illegal and nonexistent sold a fake to illegal and unregistered. (see www.companieshouse.gov.uk) Will the chicanery ever end? The British Feudal Investments, Ltd. – Queensgate – Merchant Bank scheme is just another of many scams created to delude and double-cross. It is a crime that is mean, low down and abhorrent.
In reviewing Boada’s histories of noble titles placed from time to time on his website from about two years ago to his most current ones, it became clear that at least sixty percent of his tiles were supposedly owned at one time by the Manhattan Overseas Bank–an organization that probably doesn’t even exist or is a recent invention like so many of Boada’s other ploys.
I note that conveniently all these noble titles were supposedly purchased more than fifteen years before British Feudal Investments, Ltd. was started. The purpose, no doubt, is obvious. This way Boada could avoid being in defiance of an English law that requires that he prove the root of his titles are authentic and genuine back fifteen years as required by the Law of Property Act 1969 passed by Parliament. He and his crooked solicitor endeavored very hard to create the perfect crime, such that, no one could catch them in their lies or find them guilty of doing anything illegal, even if it was a crime. In others words, they are trying very hard to hide behind the law, not obey it.
With this cleaver con in mind, would it surprise you that no one have ever heard of the Manhattan Overseas Bank, Ltd., and Boada will not disclose any of its dark and hidden secrets? He has been asked many times where it was supposed to have been in business. But he never gives anyone a direct answer to any questions regarding it, because it is a fake or nonexistent company that never existed in real life. No wonder, he is very secretive and evasive about it. He has much to hide–too much is at stake–his infamy and utter culpability are in the balance. If he were honest and upfront, he would show himself to be so. But he cannot, therefore, he runs and hides his foul and disgusting works because they are dark and loathsome. He and his kind are enemies to mankind, and to every ideal of what is civil, wholesome and beautiful in life. This man literally belongs behind bars.
If you have been victimized by Mr. Boada, Mr. Williams or Mr. Pitts-Tucker, it’s time to make criminal complaints and sue them for the detestable things they have done to you and many others. It’s like the saying, “United we stand divided we fall.” Only when the authorities see that hundreds have actually been robbed and cheated, will they put a priority on this serious case.
