Malicious Lies and Deceit continued:
If you have been victimize by any of these despicable men, Antonio A. Boada, Mark T. Williams or Roger Pitts-Tucker, go to "The Answer" and learn how you can join in a class action suit against them.
*************************************
Mr. Boada still publishes on his altered website that “certificates of insurability are supplied upon request on any titles we sell” even though one man requested this nine times in a six month period in the latter part of the year 2000 all to no avail. They even promised to sent him the certificates and licenses, etc. but never honored their personal promise or the advertisement that they are supplied upon request.
Boada continues in the new website to say, “Buyers can be confident that their titles have been fully researched and validated by our research experts and historians.” (I guess this group is so reliable that Boada was trying to sell German abbeys (ecclesiastical territories) as though they were full fledged titled principalities–his research experts and historians are either incompetent dunderheads, or it is just another of many Boada rackets–a false claim in order to loot and plunder. Besides if the Prussian titles could be validated as authentic as requested, BFI would have proven it was true long long ago and have avoided all the trouble this has caused them and will yet cause them. Also, if his researchers were so good, how come the experts of the Westphalian Heraldry Society have had to deny every German title petition, from people who bought from Boada, because the titles were either total fakes or some family already owned the title? And how come the world respected Burkes Peerage has a file on defective titles sold by Boada? There is no assurance here. Let’s face it, con men, like Boada, cannot be trusted to do anything right except to lie, cheat and steal.
In this section on “Purchase Documents and Guarantees,” Boada still has the same conclusion at the end, which is, "We are the ONLY firm dealing in feudal titles in the world that offers this comprehensive programme to insure the validity of the titles sold in order to protect the consumer." The problem is that this program includes a crooked solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, registration with Her Majesty’s Principle Secretary of State, which is nothing but a fancy notarization, titles validated by unreliable or nonexistent experts who are as crooked as their boss, and insurability from an illegal unregistered and unlicensed insurance company.
In other words, no assure is provided, no real guarantee of anything, but the false promise of legitimacy.
Mr. Boada then presents a new section entitled “SPECIAL OFFERS.” Here he is selling the Dukedom of Wohau for $12,000.00. Interestingly, he sold the Principality of Wohlau to an individual earlier a few years ago, and in the Statutory Declaration declared that a "HRH Princess Maria Hohenzollern" owned it. Yet it was a Prussian title. Hence, the owner would have to have been a “von Preussen,” not a nonsovereign, junior line Hohenzollern, who is not a royal and not of Prussia in any way shape or form. The Kings of Prussia and Emperors of Germany were not in the habit of giving ancient titles away. Rather it is a known fact that they collected them. And when they did give out titles, which was rarely, they were new creations. Also, what is very suspicious here is there is no "von" used in her name, nor does the junior line hold the right to the pronominal of "HRH." They are not royals. Their highest title is "HSH" meaning His or Her Serene Highness. Using HRH instead of HSH is not only irregular, it is an outright dead give-a-way that this person is not real. Again, fraud rears it’s ugly head, and Boada is the culprit, who lied to and heartlessly robbed and cheated this man leaving him with a worthless piece of paper that is proof that he was taken.
The section entitled, “WHAT A NOBLE TITLE CAN DO FOR YOU,” is exactly the same. Hence, the same filthy misrepresentations are still being perpetuated. That is, noble titles “confer instant celebrity, glamour, prestige. . . .” They give one “preferential treatment,” “being asked to lend your names to products . . . lending your prestige and clout to companies, products and social events. . . .” It will make you “a member of the nobility,” and you will be made members of various “boards of directors.” (The truth: not even the true nobility generally enjoy this kind of overboard special treatment–neither do many royal personages experience such grandiose care. This is an extreme exaggeration, a whopper, or just another example of false advertising–a criminal misrepresentation of reality.)
The section entitled, “ OUR FIRM,” takes out the word “ legal” from the sentence, “ We are the only full time [legal] firm. . . .” in the first paragraph. Boada was misrepresenting himself as an attorney. The sentence, “ Their principal is Mr. R. A. Pitts-Tucker and the [this solicitor’s] firm is registered as one of Her Majesty’s Privy Council Agents” has also been eliminated. (see: " Crooked Solicitor1" and " Crooked Solicitor2")
But Roger Pitts-Tucker, not being an honest man, continues to be the crooked solicitor for this crooked business. In BFI’s April 11, 2003 letter to me signed by Zara Winthrop, she declares that every letter I send to Pitts-Tucker, “ our UK solicitor,” and to Ms. Montalvo “ our US attorney” and to themselves, that is, “ British Feudal Investments Limited,” will be charged or deducted from any money they might refund to me. So Pitts-Tucker is still at it. He is still involved. Earlier in the section on “ Purchase Documents and Guarantees,” Boada still advertises that they employ “ solicitors to the Supreme Court of England & Wales, Notaries and Agents to Her Majesty’s Privy Council as well.” Not every solicitor has the above qualifications. This is, of course, the man Roger Pitts-Tucker, who continues to support a dishonest company and a despicable man involved in deceit who callously steals large sums of money from unsuspecting and innocent people. (see: " Crooked Solicitor1" " Crooked Solicitor2")
“British Feudal Investments Ltd. has been in business for over fifteen years. . . ” is also included in the new website edition. The problem here is BFI, Ltd. came into being on June 8, 1998 in the State of Delaware. That’s hardly 15 years ago. Besides they claim in their dissolution papers of April 2002 that they never did any business. So why is a nonexistent corporation, that is still illegally unregistered, and claims to have never done any business, claiming to have done business? Good question. In their Delaware termination papers of April 2002, they declare that they “surrender all the corporation’s rights and franchises.” BFI, Ltd. is not limited, is not a corporate reality, it is presently a phoney company.
In the second paragraph, they eliminate any reference to Boada as he “Marquess of Alessio” or his Doctorate. In the third paragraph, they eliminate, “With offices in London, Palm Beach, Sydney, Singapore and Durban. . . .” In the fourth paragraph, they eliminated, “WE ARE THE ONLY FIRM WHOSE TITLES ARE 100% INSURED with titles indemnity insurance from a leading British Insurer. . . .” This was a good idea, because this obscure illegal company is not “a leading British Insurer.” It is certainly not a major insurance company as once implied. It is just another one of Boada’s phoney offshore companies. The fifth paragraph about financing a title was eliminated entirely, because no one in their right minds would finance Boada’s bogus and worthless titles of nobility.
But I am amazed that they left in the statement that, “. . . our business reputation is unsurpassed. . . .” (Yes, it is unsurpassed for being a fraudulent company that declares a London, England office yet operates illegally there, because it is unregistered with Companies House, and because it sells legalized fantasy titles of nobility through the “statutory declaration” scam offered by their crooked solicitor Roger Pitts-Tucker)
They also left in the paragraph that states:
. . . Our firm publishes in conjunction with the Expat World Financial Newsletter, the monthly ‘BFI Feudal Titles Market Index’(T) which lets you know how your investment is doing and serves as the industry’s market gauge.
Gene at Expat World made it perfectly clear that there was no “Expat World Financial Newsletter,” nor a monthly “BFI Feudal Titles Market Index.” This is simply a boldfaced criminal fabrication. In other words, Gene, the operator of Expat World, denied the above paragraph and declared it to be a total and absolute falsehood.
Boada's conclusion is still there. They claim that:
All the ingredients of expertise, reliability, insurability, profitability and high quality historical titles of the foremost prominence combine in British Feudal Investments Ltd’s wide array of services to our clients.
Problem: the expertise is in fraud or in being con artists, they are wholly unreliable, and the insurability is also a scam. There is nothing “secure and reliable” about this company unless you guarantee that the noble titles they sell are all most likely phoney or fakes.
In the section entitled, “FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS,” Boada eliminates part of a sentence. The current edition states, “Can I re-sell my title if I wish? Yes; and many people do.” The rest of the sentence that was eliminated was, “. . . making very sizeable profits (see out ‘recent articles’ links). We advise quite a number of investors who maintain investment portfolios of feudal titles.” This is an attempt to avoid violating securities laws in the United States by eliminating the use of the words “investors” and “investment portfolios.” However, there is still some things that he publishes that are obvious securities violations. Even the company name uses the word “Investments.” Boada also takes out a question and answer about financing, which is obviously no longer available because it is becoming more and more obvious that Boada and Pitts-Tucker’s business is foul and full of treachery and deceit worldwide.
Boada leaves in the following question and answer that is just another bold faced lie:
Are these titles genuine? Yes . . . we do not sell disguised legal name changes, nor a square foot of land in the form of a ‘souvenir plot’ in order to put you name on a deed with a title included in it nor do we sell copyrights, patents, trademark, etc. We sell the actual property [incorporeal hereditaments] required by the law to grant the rank and status of nobility.
Again, the claim of legitimacy, that is, that their noble titles are the real thing. However, the title of Halberstadt as one example is not recognized anywhere as genuinely the man’s property who bought it from Boada. It is still considered to be the property of the Imperial and Royal Family of Prussia who supposedly collectively sold it to him. If the noble titles they sold “grant the rank and status of nobility,” how come didn't? Again, here is another example of a flagrant misrepresentation. The noble titles are not legit.
Not only do we have obvious violations of the “Misrepresentation Act 1967,” but also “false descriptions” which are also criminal offenses under the English “Trade Descriptions Act 1968," because of the many false statements that have been made by these crooked men, Mr. Boada and Roger Pitts-Tucker, who suckered people into buying falsehoods. The “misrepresentations” and “false descriptions” cited above that did and still existed on the new website were copied on Saturday, May 31, 2003, and they are “criminal” and “punishable” by law.
Since that time Boada has added a new section called, “TERMS AND CONDITIONS.” Just remember contract law cannot legally override fraud, nor can it override either “negligent” or “fraudulent misrepresentations” like the one already described. Yet, believe it or not, Boada had the audacity to write that on March 7, 2002 in an article on his website that "all assertions made by BFI were completely true." If you believe that, you are ready to be conned.
On July 1, 2003, Mr. Boada again took his website down and published the following excuse:
Thank you for your interest but all our titles have been sold.
Please keep in contact and we will be back when we have more titles available.
In the meantime, all enquiries should be directed to:
BRITISH FEUDAL INVESTMENTS LTD.
BMT Prince George’s Gate

There's a saying that states, " There are always two reasons for doing anything, one that sounds good, and then, the real reason." Well, this excuse, I'm sure, is not the real reason, but it doesn't sound good either. He may have received a cease and desist order for securities violations. He may have been threatened with a law suit. I don't know. But a much bigger problem is, if he sold all those fake titles that he had no right to sell, because they were phoney, then that is 54 counts of fraud right off the bat. (see: " Fake Titles.") Also, this will have to be reported to the tax authorities, because if he sold all of them, it adds up to $573,700.00--over a half a million dollars. Certainly a large and tidy sum. And Roger Pitts-Tucker, Boada's crooked British solicitor, must be very busy creating 54 new worthless " statutory declarations" to impress these new victims that they are for real, when really this is just another vile crime perpetrated by a despicable man.
But I believe this excuse is pretty far fetched and off the wall. It is like his lie that he moved back to his native land of Argentina (when his native land is Cuba) and is no longer available anymore, yet he has been available and has written letters and made phone calls. Or, that he sold British Feudal Investments, Ltd. that no man in his right mind would buy since it is illegally operating being unregistered as required by law, was dissolved as a corporation, declared no assets (well his noble titles were fakes and were therefore worthless) and BFI has liabilities all over the world having criminally sold these fakes to many many people internationally. And considering all Mr. Boada's deceptions and scams, as well as his foul and unreliable character, I believe, his excuse is all hogwash and fluff. Some of those noble titles he's been trying to sell for over a year. We have a list of them.
As of July 7, 2003, Mr. Boada has taken his home page off altogether with his lame excuse. You could until July 30, 2003 still pull up the rest of it by using www.nobletitles.com/titles.htm. At that time Boada realizing it was futile to fight the facts of his guilt with more lies finally pulled down everything. Knowing his website could be seen on web.archive.org/web and that it is full of lies and falsehoods and that people were looking at them, including the law enforcement, he contacted web archives and had his old website blocked to prevent people from seeing for themselves that he was a liar and base fraud, but this does not prevent law enforcement from looking at them.
But the real point is, Mr. Boada, "You can run, but you cannot hide." The ugly things you, Mr. Williams and Mr. Pitts-Tucker have done, will come back and haunt you. You will pay the piper sooner or later.
If you have been victimized by Mr. Boada, Mr. Williams or Mr. Pitts-Tucker, it’s time to make criminal complaints and sue them for the detestable things they have done to you and many others. It’s like the saying, “United we stand divided we fall.” Only when the authorities see that hundreds have actually been robbed and cheated, will they put a priority on this serious case.
