Malicious Lies and Deceit:
If you have been victimize by any of these despicable men, Antonio A. Boada, Mark T. Williams or Roger Pitts-Tucker, go to "The Answer" and learn how you can join in a class action suit against them.

For seven plus months prior to May 31, 2003, Mr. Boada has posted the following on his old site on the internet which is now defunct (www.nobletitles.com) (However, it can still be found in the archives as follows: http://web.archive.org/web/20030220033256/http://www.nobletitles.com, but Mr. Boada put a block on it recently sometime in December of 2003. It is still available to law enforcement, however.)
"This website is temporarily closed for refurbishment.

The following comments on the above quote were reported to the Law Society of England and Wales with copy sent to Mr. Boada:
Does it really take months and months or just a few hours to refurbish a website. This is very odd. Something is really fishy and smells wrong here. There’s obviously more to the story, but Mr. Boada is a very secretive person and will not come clean unless he is forced to. I guess, he is doing so well with his other businesses in fraud and deceit that he doesn't need BFI anymore.
Then magically seven days later on May of 2003 his website was up and going again, only with some changes, but it is still full of lies and misleading statements. That is, irregularities, false advertising, outright lies, half truths and criminal misrepresentations still existed throughout the website. It was still designed to deceive and fool people into purchasing falsehoods masquerading as authentic. For example, they still claimed to be a legitimate limited liability company with a London, England address, yet they operated illegally as they still had not registered as a legitimate business with Companies House as required by law. (see; in England: www.companieshouse.gov.uk and for the State of Florida: www.sunbiz.org/corpweb/inquiry/corinam.html)
British Feudal Investments, Ltd. then claimed to be under new management and in other places they have claimed that a company has bought them out. But really, who would buy or operate a business that was selling fake and phoney titles of nobility and never registered as required by law? No intelligent buyer would buy such a farce. And has corporate income tax reports ever been filed for British Feudal Investments, Ltd.? There is a good chance that this company has never done so, or they would have been registered with Companies House or in the State of Florida where they claimed to have an office and actually did business from. Also, who would buy a company that according to Mr. Boada’s official report to the State of Delaware had no assets and never operated or did any business anywhere on earth? Wow! What a whopper of a lie. They did do business with me and many others. In addition, would anyone buy a business that has no assets. Would anyone buy a business that, in addition, to having no assets, has an even greater potential for heavy losses because of so many liabilities or possible lawsuits in countries all over the world where Boada has ripped off people and robbed them of their assets? And, in addition to all this, who would buy a nonentity–a corporation that was dissolved and doesn't even legally exist anymore. This company surrendered all it’s corporate rights and franchises in April of 2002, yet they still falsely claim to be a corporation, that is, a limited liability company? Fishy and suspicious–most definitely. This whole affair reeks of dishonesty and major crime. It is all a big lie. Of course, Mr. Boada is not beyond lying officially and legally, nor are the people who work for him. I've caught him and his assistants in lies and reported many of these malicious misrepresentations to the Law Society of England and Wales. More evidence is to follow. But it’s a sad tale of corruption and deceit.
Now for the comparisons of the old website that had been posted for years and the new one that started about May 31, 2003. On the first page, they eliminated only one sentence. That is, “We are the only dealers of titles in the world who can finance your purchase.” They also eliminated a whole section on this, which was once entitled “FINANCING YOUR TITLE PURCHASE.” I can only assume that they can no longer deceive any finance company into funding counterfeit noble titles anymore. In other words, they have lost all credibility. They cannot prove themselves to be legitimate, so who, in their right mind would trust them.
Certainly the Republic Security Bank of West Palm Beach, Florida that Mark T. Williams, Boada’s accomplice, who without permission wrote a glowing letter of recommend for and in their behalf, would not touch such an irresponsible loan with a ten foot pole. Why?–because they know better. And Mark T. Williams, who wrote this infamous letter is not eligible for rehire there. It is becoming common knowledge that Boada is a con artist.
The whole section on “Finance” has been removed and all the hollow promises that went with it, such as, “Several international companies will finance the purchase of feudal titles of nobility. . . .” This is no longer. It has been exposed that a phoney feudal title can not serve “as collateral for this type of loan.” I assume that these firms, unless it was Boada himself who was really giving out the loans, supposedly used to complete, “free of charge, a full property title search to ensure that the feudal title that is being bought is good and marketable,” have found out that these noble titles are not good, but contrived fakes that are worthless and fraudulent and therefore unworthy of any kind of loan.
In addition, because the section is gone on “Finance,” no longer is there the barren and empty promises that:
. . . the titles are all pre-approved by this insurance company. . . . The dossier is turned over to the insurance finance company, which then completes its own study. . . . If the title is found to be insurable, only then is it placed on the market. . . .Thus all titles obtained through our firm have this added protection and safety for the buyer. . . .
Such promises or assurances were nothing more than glaring misrepresentations and must therefore be considered criminal and punishable in England. And “British Dominion Guarantee Insurance Company,” the name of the so-called insurance company, is a bogus company that provides no assurance of anything. This whole thing was a big lie. It is a phoney offshore company of Nuie New Zealand that is illegal and unrecognized by Companies House of New Zealand, which means it was just another ploy to lie and trick people with. (www.med.govt.nz/ri/co_reg.html and www.companies.govt.nz) But this is not all, more lies continue. Several criminal misrepresentations exist on both the old and the new website on the very first page:
1. He starts out, “Welcome to the most comprehensive site on the web for acquiring legitimate titles of nobility from a variety of countries including England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Germany and others.” (Note that the noble titles are supposed to be legitimate, not fakes like the title Boada sold to a Mr. Williams that according to the Chief Herald of Ireland never existed as a barony in all the history of that great country.)
2. “You can become a member of the aristocracy legally, fully recognized by governments in your title, rank and class, enjoying the privileges, powers, prerogatives and pre-eminences accorded to the nobility.” (How come his victims are not “legally, fully recognized by governments” as promised. I don't know of any. If they proved the titles of nobility were, in fact, authentic, then they could be recognized I suppose in some countries. But the noble titles they sell are defective with no substantial evidence that they are truly what they claim to be. A Germanic title was sold to one gentleman, but it still considered to be the property of the Imperial and Royal House of Prussia, because Boada had no right to sell someone else’s property. He doesn't legally or lawfully represent this royal family. This is simply an act of fraud.)
3. “ It’s all simple, affordable and legitimate.” (Again, the promise of legitimacy. If Mr. Boada was involved in a legitimate business, he would show or demonstrate to you that he is legit by proving his noble titles are genuinely from the reliable source they are claimed to be. This he consistently fails to do despite the fact that the law requires it. (see: " News" and " The Challenge.")
4. He promises that a title affords “world class distinction,” “glamour,” “status,” and “social position.” (No one has received such exaggerated distinction, not even the real nobles and often not even royals enjoy this.)
5. “Become a genuine Lord, Lady, Baron, Viscount . . . make your dreams come true in this lifetime, not the next!” (A fairy tale–this is fantasy cake, it is not real. This is false advertising, because the noble titles are fakes.)
In the next Section entitled, “TYPES OF NOBLE TITLES AVAILABLE TODAY,” Boada in both the old and new websites introduces rehabilitation of noble titles, which is only operable legally and lawfully in the Kingdom of Spain, but Boada tries to apply it to other countries. In fact, he will rehabilitate extinct titles for you that only the Her Majesty the Queen of England has authority to do. Again, this is not honest, but most con men are not truthful, so it is no surprise. They thrive on deceit, because the real truth would kill off their foul and putrid trade in falsehoods. Mr. Boada has eliminated two other sentences in this section that don't seem to be terribly important, so I will skip them
From this section, one can access Mr. Boada’s advertisement of his book called Instant Aristocracy: How To Make It into The Titled Aristocratic and Royal Ranks NOW! The advertisement is the same as in the old website, but now Boada shows his “Expat World” connection for it reads, “Note that book order is handled and processed by Expat World.” If you look on the upper right hand of the page, you will see a rectangular box entitled, “Important Information and Links.” Here is a direct link to “Expat World” and under the heading of “Recent Articles”, you will find a number of articles written by Expat World. And even though you can buy his book for $25.00 through Eden Press on the internet (http://edenpress.com/showbook.asp?index=625@7@B), he will bilk you for this book by charging $69.95. (This may be a small thing, but, with everything else, it goes to show what kind of man we are dealing with.)
The next section is the “Lists” section entitled, “FEUDAL TITLES ACQUIRABLE BY COUNTRY.” In this section, Boada has removed Scotland, Wales, Croatia and Armenia and Kingdom of Lesser Armenia. But notice he sells noble titles from the Kingdom of Georgia. In his book, remember he bypasses the Head of the Royal House of Georgia, the only true legitimate "de jure" sovereign power and authority recognized by international law, and claims his phoney, unrecognized, nonexistent College of Arms of Georgia can legitimately rehabilitate titles of nobility and sell them to you. He will also sell you titles of nobility through the phoney College of Arms of Albania, which is a another hoax, for all titles of nobility are illegal in Albania, except the royal ones.
He also sold noble titles of the “Latin & Crusader Kingdoms of the Levant” either through his phoney and nonexistent Patriarch of Antioch or because Antony or Antonio Boada considers himself to be nothing less than HRH Prince Antonio of Lusignan–an extinct family, when the true successor of the Lusignans’ royal throne and all their royal prerogatives, the highest genealogical entitlement or claim on earth is Francis II, the Duke of Bavaria and the “de jure” King of that land. And Boada claims he received his claim to the Lusignans’ sovereignty through the least daughter of the last King of Italy that represents the junior line of the Royal House of Savoy through a nonexistent Prince Luis of Savoy. Francis II of Bavaria, on the other hand, is a direct descendant of the Senior line of the Royal House of Savoy that is recognized in history as having the “de jure” rights to the throne of Jerusalem, not Boada, the con man.
The Prussian titles are another good example of fraud. They supposedly came from the Imperial and Royal House of Prussia, yet the head of that house through their attorney made it abundantly clear that they never heard of an Antony Boada or had any dealings with him or were allowing anyone to act in their name for such.
Off of this section on his website, one can obtain Boada’s irrelevant pre-sales agreement that is null and void, because of his flagrant misrepresentations, lies and deceit, which are so many and so numerous as to be glaring and obvious. But the point is, the “Misrepresentation Act 1967” and the “Trade Descriptions Act 1968" signed into law by Parliament, both negate a pre-sales agreement that says, in effect, that you agree to buy the title as is, and if it is false or a fake, well, tough luck, you're the fool and you have no recourse or protection. In other words, the point is caveat emptor or "buyer beware" is an empty defense and is invalid when fraud and/or criminal "misrepresentations" or "false descriptions" are present. We have already mentioned a number of such, that is, criminally absurd statements, but there is much much more.
The point, we have lies, lies and more lies, but we are not through yet. In the next section entitled, “PURCHASE DOCUMENTS AND GUARANTEES,” Mr. Boada takes out some significant guarantees, mainly because they were fraudulent and misleading in the first place. He took out:
Title indemnity insurance on feudal titles sold through our firm is available from a respected insurance company. If a title is found uninsurable by their underwriters, we do not sell it. This insurance sold separately covers the full value of the title against defective deeds.
No wonder he took this out since “British Dominion Guarantee Insurance Company” is not “a respected insurance company.” It is obscure, unknown and an illegally unregistered insurance company that Boada himself runs as he stated in a letter to me of September 21, 2000 that “we are expected to handle client relations and any claims processing, etc.” for this company. All this talk of underwriters, a respected insurance company was all grossly misleading. It is Boada’s scheme to make people think that a major insurance company backed up his claims that all his noble titles were real, but no such company exists. It was a crock or a farce.
In both websites, Boada wrote that the "conveyances are done by our specialized, fully licensed attorneys," which turned out to be the crooked Roger A. Pitts-Tucker who denies being the conveyor even though Boada claims he was.
To finish this analysis go to " Website2."
If you have been victimized by Mr. Boada, Mr. Williams or Mr. Pitts-Tucker, it’s time to make criminal complaints and sue them for the detestable things they have done to you and many others. It’s like the saying, “United we stand divided we fall.” Only when the authorities see that hundreds have actually been robbed and cheated, will they put a priority on this serious case.
