The individual who supposedly certified that my title was genuine and true in that legal document doesn’t even exist anywhere on earth. His name is supposed to be <B>Peter Michael Hohenzollern- Saxe- Weimer- Civitella- Cessi- Lambrino.</B> I checked with the head of the royal family of Saxe-Weimer. He stated that the <B>name is phoney</B>. The son of the Head of the Royal Family of Hohenzollern-Lambrino said this <B>name was impossible</B>. Two Royal Genealogy experts said the <B>name does not exist</B>–that is, that this is <B>not a real person</B> and is <B>nowhere to be found</B> among those who descended from the Hohenzollerns or the Saxe-Weimers. Both of these men stated that they did their homework and researched this out to make sure they were accurate. The attorney for the Imperial and Royal House of Prussia said he is <B>definitely not one of theirs</B>. The Head of the Civitella-Cessi family through their administrator said he was sorry to inform me but <B>he did not know of such a person</B> as <B>Peter Michael Hohenzollern</B>, etc., etc., that is, he is<B> not a member of their family</B>. The name and title of this royal or noble is S.E. Princip Don Alessandro Torionia.  </div> <bR> <div> <B>Guy Stair Sainty</B>, (<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><B>www.chivalricorders.org/nobility</B>), </FONT>a well-known and world recognized expert,<B> stated that the name </B>(Peter Michael Hohenzollern-Saxe-Weimer-Civitella-Cessi-Lambrino)<B> is sheer nonsense–rubbish.</B> That it is <B>spelled wrong</B>. That <B>no such family connections were ever made</B>. And that the <B>name is obviously bogus</B> because it uses one family’s territorial name rather than the name they really use. <B>Any real family member would know this</B> to be improper and unacceptable, and certainly wouldn’t misspell it as well.<B> Mr. Sainty, a true knight of a British Royal Order, has already made it known that he would be glad to testify in court about this.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Dr. Pier Felice degli Uberti</B>, also considered one of the foremost world experts on royalty and nobility totally agreed with Guy Stair Sainty stating that <B>the name itself doesn't fit with reality and is absurd.</B> He also said that it was true that CivitellaCessi is a territorial name for the Torlonias family and that Cessi should be spelled Cesi, but really would never be used at all by anyone who descended from this royal or noble princely family.  Dr. Uberti (<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><B><U>degliuberti@iol.it</U></B></FONT>) is the current President of the International Commission on Orders of Chivalry. (<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><B><U>www.icocregister.org</U></B></FONT>)</div> <bR> <div> Having pressed Mr. Boada to prove that his imaginary <B>Peter Michael Hohenzollern- Saxe- Weimer- Civitella- Cessi-Lambrino</B>. is a real person has made him reveal a little more each time until at last, he states in his letter of March 5, 2003 that this man is supposed to be a descendant of <B>Ms. Zizi Lambrino</B>. But all of her Hohenzollern descendants are well-known and are all accounted for. They are not Imperial Hohenzollerns or “<B>von Preussens,</B>” but of the Romanian branch as Mr. Boada rightfully states. Now having revealed this, we are much closer to the truth than ever before.  </div> <bR> <div> I wrote HRH Prince Paul of Romania, who is the grandson of King Carol II of Romania through Zizi Lambrino. Now of all people, Prince Paul would know everyone who is descended from his grandfather. It is a well-known fact that he has been the champion of his side of the family and worked feverishly to re-establish their birthright as royals. His Chief of Protocol, Dr. K. McCann stated for and in behalf of this royal family that “<B>neither Their Royal Highnesses, nor their aunt, Baroness Holzhausen (born in Romania as a Princess of Hapsburg), nor any member of their staff, know of such a person.</B>” That is extremely significant, because as I said of all people on earth who would know of a Peter Michael Hohenzollern-Saxe-Weimer-CivitellaCessi-<B>L</B><B>ambrino</B>, who is supposed to be a very very close relative of his, he would. Yet none of them have ever heard of him.  </div> <bR> <div> His Chief of Protocol then added, “<B>. . . I offer this point as an individual, I wish to kindly advise you that something may be amiss because it is impossible for one person to carry the names of Hohenzollern and Lambrino.</B>” After explaining why, he wrote, “<B>So, I trust, after this journey into our Royal Genealogy, you can judge for yourself that it is impossible for Mr. Peter Michael.... to have both sides of these Families in his title. And Boada is therefore a fraud. </div> <bR> <div> Every person of the Romanian Lambrino/Hohenzollern line is documented: the genealogy is very well-known, probably because of the great controversy that is still going on as to whether they are royal or not. Hence, they can be found in numerous royal genealogy websites. This genealogy shows that there is absolutely no Peter Michael HohenzollernSaxeWeimerCivitellaCessi-Lambrino. In fact, Mircea Carol Hohenzollern, the only son of King Carol II and Zizi Lambrino, does not have many descendants–just two sons: one of which is Prince Paul, who is has no children, nor does his other son, Alexander, have any children. In other words, this family, unless something happens soon, will die out. The following are the facts concerning the <B>Lambrino</B> son of King Carol II:  </div> <bR> <div> <B>HM KING CAROL II OF ROUMANIA</B>, born October 15, 1893 at Castle Pelesch, Sinaia; died April 4, 1953 at Estoril, Portugal. But not only is this name in and of itself absurd and contradictory, not only has no one ever heard of the man, but more importantly, he was never a descendant of who he is supposed to have been descended from. So Mr. Boada is again exposed for being a fraud–making up a nonexistent phoney person, who is obviously fake in every way. But it must be remembered that Mr. Boada is a consummate liar. It is common practice for him to deceive. But now the plot thickens. </div> <bR> <div> One, we have Mark T. Williams, Boada’s accomplice in crime, actually notarizing a fraud, and by so doing, committed an act of fraud himself. And two, Mr. Roger Pitts-Tucker, Mr. Boada’s crooked English solicitor, stated on February 6, 2000 that he saw this man’s name:<B> Peter Michael Hohenzollern- Saxe- Weimer- Civitella- Cessi- Lambrino (a man who does not even exist) attached to the incorporation documents for the Trade Consult Group Ltd. that Mr. Boada declared sold me the special title in the first place.</B> In other words, <B>this corporation is built on a lie–on an impostor or phoney, a nonexistent person</B>? So not only is this man, Mr. Boada invented, unreal and untrue, but the "<B>Statutory Declaration</B>" is a farce and the company that sold the title, the Trade Consult Group, Limited is built on make believe. In other words, nothing is real. The Trade Consult Group, Ltd. is an offshore corporation. In other words, one of the notorious havens for criminals and fraudsters. It's address is supposed to be: 314 Victoria House, Victoria, Mahe, Republic of Seychelles, which is the address for the licensed government Corporate Service Provider that Boada bought this company from. But this is not all.</div> <bR> <div> In two sworn statements, that is, "<B>Statutory Declarations</B>" delivered to me, Mr. Boada writes that the title is from "<B>the Imperial German House of Hohenzollern.</B>" (see "<A HREF="id54.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="Boadas Foul and Deceitful Claim"><U><B>Boada's Foul and Deceitful Claim</B></U></A>") In the third "<B>Statutory Declaration</B>," discussed above, it declares that "<B>all of the other shareholders of this Institution [the Trade Consult Group, Limited] are members and descendants of the Imperial and Royal Hohenzollern Family.</B>" The "<B>Imperial</B>" Hohenzollerns are descendants of the Emperors of Germany and are known as "<B>von Preussens</B>" not as "<B>Hohenzollerns</B>" unless you add Imperial to it.  In fact, if a man is a "<B>Prince of Hohenzollern,</B>" he is not a member of the Imperial family. It is a well-known fact that legitimate male descendants of the Kaiser are "<B>Princes of Prussia,</B>"  that is, "<B>Prinz von Preussen.</B>"  Females are "<B>Princesses of Prussia</B>" or "<B>Prinzzesin von Preussen,</B>" not Hohenzollern.</div> <bR> <div> History shows the root of the title is in the Imperial family, not any offshoot. In an article on the Internet on the Imperial States of the Holy Roman Empire in 1792, it shows that the King of Prussia was the Prince of this prominent little Principality. (<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><B><U>www.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_states_in_the_Holy_Roman_Empire</U></B></FONT>)  Napoleon unlawfully took it away from Prussia in the early eighteen hundreds, but in the “<B>Congress of Vienna</B>” in 1815 section 23 gives “<B>all sovereignty and property</B>” of the Principality back to the then current King of Prussia. Wilhelm Frederich’s son and heir to the throne of Prussia and the Empire of Germany, <B>Prinz Louis von Preussen</B>, was the last unquestioned absolute owner of the Principality and title. His name and title in English was His Imperial and Royal Highness Prince Louis Ferdinand of Prussia. Now for a really important point: <B>the title to this special principality to be real and valid must have come in some way from this man who died in 1994, because he was the last known owner.</B>  And he was a "<B>von Preussen</B>"--the heir to throne and all the sovereign titles of the Emperors of Germany and former Kings of Prussia.</div> <bR> <div> When Boada fights this fact, and he has in his March 5, 2003 letter, he is fighting the key to authenticity. If the title is not from Prince Louis, it, then, was illegitimately and unlawfully conveyed. It is that simple. In other words, Mr. Boada actually declares the title to be false when he declares that it was sold without this man's express approval and involvement. The law of all nations under normal circumstances holds that no one can rightfully sell another man's property without his authorization. Likewise, <B>no one can legally sell Prince Louis' property (one of his many sovereign titles) without his blessing and/or his express permission.  Hence, as Boada fights this, he fights all possibility that the conveyance of the title could in any way be legitimate.</B></div> <bR> <div> I have asked Mr. Boada and Mr. Pitts-Tucker over and over again to provide proof that the transaction supposedly giving me the title really/actually took place for years now. But they have unreasonably and unlawfully withheld this from me and dragged it out despite the fact that His Honour Judge Roger Cooke in <B>Stephen McPartlin -v- Robert Smith of 19</B><B>th</B><B> February 2001, Section 16</B><B>,</B><B> </B><B>Central London County Court, ref: CHY99142</B>, declared that such “<B>must</B>” be provided in a case of this kind. Boada and Pitts-Tucker have also inexcusably and illegally withheld such, because the "<B>Law of </B><B>Property Act 1969</B>" requires that they prove they have true ownership of the title back <U>at least</U> 15 years. </div> <bR> <div> Now for something extremely revealing and significant. Roger Pitts-Tucker states on February 6, 2001 that he had "<B>seen four share certificates [of the Trade Consult Group, Limited] issued in the </B><B><U>names</U></B><B> of the </B><B><U>Hohenzollens</U></B><B> [not von Preussens]</B><B>; more importantly I have seen a certificate signed by the directors (Mr. Antony Boada and Mr. Peter Michael Hohenzollern) stating that Trade Consult Group, Limited, is (effectively) the trading arm of the trust, and carries on its business.</B>" Mr. Pitts-Tucker here reveals that the stockholders are "<B>Hohenzollerns,</B>" not "<B>von Preussens.</B>" In other words, he reveals that these "<B>shareholders</B>" are not members of the "<B>Imperial and Royal House of Prussia</B>" as claimed. This same statement was also reiterated on April 27, 2001 in para. 4 that "<B>this firm verified sight of four share certificates issued in the</B><B><U> names</U></B><B> of </B><B><U>Hohenzollerns</U></B><B>. . . .</B>" And in Mr. Boada's letter of March 5, 2003, he twice on page 21 mentioned that they reaffirmed "<B>that the Hohenzollern Family were, in fact, the holders of the stock certificates. . . .</B>" Note that it did not say the Imperial Hohenzollerns, but their<B> names</B> were "<B>Hohenzollen.</B>" This is really significant. It is a dead give-away of fraud, because the Hohenzollerns have no legal right to any one of the Emperor's titles. They were not their descendants. Only the Imperial and Royal Family--the senior and ruling family, who are all, without exception "<B>von Pruessen</B>" by name have any claim to the title.</div> <bR> <div> Now get this, and this is a whopper, Mr. Pitts-Tucker hereby bears a solemn and powerful witness through the unveiling of this important discrepancy that the whole thing is a fabricated, rotten swindle--a disgusting sham of criminal proportions. The grand conclusion is that I was robbed by these vile and repugnant men, who made up the whole story with enough mistakes in it to reveal their guilt. Not only is Peter Michael Hohenzollern a nonexistent, make believe man, but the stockholders are not Imperial Members. And if they are not Imperial members--"<B>von Preussens,</B>" then they do not have even the slightest amount of legal and lawful authority to sell an Imperial title that they do not own. In other words, the whole thing is a fake and a lie. Fraud rears its ugly head and it is unmistakable.</div> <bR> <div> Now for another clincher strengthening everything that has been said. Note the following, which is a direct quote from the third <B>Statutory Declaration</B> of Mr. Antony Boada:</div> <bR> <div> <B>I, Mark T. Williams, also verify that I have seen all of the Stock Certificates constituting the entire owners of the above named Institutions and the appointment as Trustee of Antony, Baron of Chafford as Trustee and that all shares are being held by members of the </B><B><U>Hohenzollern Family</U></B><B>, which once governed Germany, Romania, various constituent German States before unification into the German Empire, Bulgaria and others.</B></div> <bR> <div> So here we have a direct contradiction in a sworn statement. Instead of being "<B>Imperial and Royal Hohenzollerns</B>" as claimed, Mr. Williams declares that some of the stockholders were non-Imperials and non-royals, which is the direct opposite of what the fake Peter Michael declared in the same affidavit as quoted further above. In other words, Mr. Williams makes it eminently clear in the above statement that some of the stockholders ancestors ruled Romania, Bulgaria and other German States before the Empire was created. In other words, some were of the high nobility of Germany. They were never royals and never members of the Imperial Hohenzollerns or von Preussens. This lesser nonsovereign group is known as the <B>Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen</B> branch. It is a well-known historic fact that one member of this family became the Head of the Royal House of Romania, but the point is, they were not ever at any time members of the Imperial House of Germany. (see: <FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial" ><B><U>www.antipas.org/news/europe/hohenzollerns.html</U></B></FONT>) This is a pretty heavy indictment against his boss and against what the nonexistent and phoney Peter Michael declared, but Williams hereby shows that Boada's <B>statutory declaration</B> is contradictory and is not to be trusted, even Bulgaria's short royal history shows no Hohenzollern involvement. The whole thing is a sad pattern of typical treachery--the machinations and sorry deceptions of a dishonest and vile man.  </div> <bR> <div> Now to make this whole conclusion immutable, that is, even more certain or beyond any reasonable doubt, <B>Prinz Georg Friedrich von Preussen</B>, the current ruling head and heir to the throne of Imperial Germany, was contacted. I received a letter back on March 26, 2001 from (name redacted), the general administrator and attorney for the Imperial and Royal House of Prussia. He said, "<B>In behalf of the prince I may inform you that a Mr. Boada is completely unknown to him and that here exists not any business you mentioned in the name of his family.</B>" That is, there is no <B>Trade Consult Group, Ltd.</B> that can legitimately do business for and in behalf of the Imperial Hohenzollerns as fraudulently claimed, and they have never heard of Peter Michael Hohenzollern, etc., etc. or of Mr. Boada, himself. (see <A HREF="id54.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="Boadas Foul and Deceitful Claim"><U><B>Boada's Foul and Deceitful Claim</B></U></A><B>.</B>)</div> <bR> <div> And common sense tells me that it is highly improbable, if not impossible, that a <B>Peter Michael Hohenzollern Saxe Weimer Civitella Cessi- Lambrino</B>, a non-existent, pretend man, who no one has ever heard of, and who is supposed to be from a junior line of rejected troublemakers, who were considered to be illegitimate and social outcasts, would somehow end up as a director over members of the exclusive and most elite "<B>Imperial German House of Hohenzollern.</B>" This idea is looney and nonsensical. Nor does it seem logical in any way, or even possible, that Mr. Boada, who no one, not even the attorney to the Imperial family, who has worked for them all his life, seems to know, could be a director over this Imperial family's land trust--especially if they do not know him. This whole thing smells of illegitimacy and crime. Mr. Boada's guilt as the perpetrator of this crime "<B>is as plain as the nose on your face</B>" to borrow an expression. "<B>It sticks out like a sore thumb.</B>" It is indefensible.  It was fraud, pure and simple.</div> <bR> <div> Now for another amazing discovery. This one blew the socks off of me. To start, Mr. Boada makes it clear in his third <B>Statutory Declaration</B> to me that the <B>Trade Consult Group, Ltd.</B> is the same as the <B>Hohenzollern Family Land Trust, Inc.</B> He wrote, “I was appointed Director and Trustee of the <B>Hohenzollern Family Land Trust</B>, a.k.a. <B>Trade Consult Group (PTY.) Limited</B>, established <B>21 February 2000</B>. . . .”  </div> <bR> <div> Since, the <B>Hohenzollern Family Land Trust, Inc. or Trade Consult Group, Ltd.</B> was supposed to have a Seychelles address, I  checked this out with some of this country’s top business officials--the licensed Corporate Service Providers. I found that the <B>Trade Consult Group (PTY.) Limited</B> was indeed an international business corporation of Seychelles. I also confirmed that it was incorporated on <B>February 21, 2000</B> as reported by Mr. Boada, but the big surprise was that I found that the<B> Trade Consult Group (PTY.) Limited</B> was purchased as a “<B>shelf company.</B>” In other words, you can form or create a new company, or you may purchase a corporation that is already legally set up. The <B>Trade Consult Group (PTY.) Limited</B> was purchased sometime between <B>October 31, 2000 and November 4, 2000</B> according to some old correspondence they had..</div> <bR> <div> In other words, and this is a whopper, <B>Boada bought an empty, unused corporation, </B><B><U>not a trust company as he claimed</U></B><B>, </B>then he had the gall to compose a <B>Statutory Declaration</B> and under oath state that the <B>Hohenzollern Family Land Trust, Inc. was non-other than the Trade Consult Group, Ltd.</B> through which he sold me the title in January of 2000–over nine months before he actually owned the company. Also, and this is equally important, this company was <B>legally acquired by Mr. Boada, not the Imperial Hohenzollern family</B> as he claimed. In other words, there was no trust as claimed, no Imperial and Royal House of Prussia as he solemnly declared under oath, and no actual corporation as insisted. This was foul play, pure and simple. And as such he has no leg to stand on, no real defense, no trust to hide his ugly and despicable deeds behind.</div> <bR> <div> A good legal question to ask is, by what rightful authority known to man did Antony Boada transfer the title to me, before the trust corporation that supposedly owned it was even created or established? And how come the company is owned by Mr. Boada instead of the Imperial family according to licensed government officials? Mr. Boada claimed to be a trustee and/or director of a company not yet formed, that is, in the name and by the authority of a non-existent company or trust, in other words, all based on lies concocted to deceive and without any real authority of any kind, he conferred the title on me. This is a major punishable crime to put it mildly.</div> <bR> <div> This man misrepresented reality, and by so doing committed a hefty and considerable outrage or crime, not just to me, but to many many others, and is probably still  involved in the sale of illusions and falsehoods only in more sneaky ways. Mr. Boada and all his co-conspirators, ardent supporters, helpers and encouragers, such as, Mark T. Williams and Roger Pitts-Tucker, should be severely punished, fined and imprisoned for the good and benefit of society.</div> <bR> <div> Since, they still claim, despite all evidence to the contrary, that the title is validly from the Imperial and Royal House of Germany, I challenge them to obey the law that requires them to prove this is true. I, therefore, dare them to prove themselves honorable, honest and upright--law abiding men instead of being in violation of the English "<B>Law of Property Act of 1969</B>" that requires this important proof.
