Fake Titles
You can judge a man by the things which he does in his life. In other words, "By their fruits ye shall know them." (New Testament)
If you have been victimize by any of these despicable men, Antonio A. Boada, Mark T. Williams or Roger Pitts-Tucker, go to "The Answer" and learn how you can join in a class action suit against them.

The Westphalian Heraldry Society of Germany grants “Coats-of-Arms” for worthy Germans and people of German descent. These German scholars told me that they have had many of Mr. Boada’s victims request such a grant from them. They have had to turn them all down without exception, because “it was easy to find out that most of titles Boada is selling either never exists in Germany or the holder is still a German family.” In other words, Mr. Boada is becoming quite infamous internationally and well-known as a seller of phoney, worthless titles of nobility. The Westphalian Heraldry Society just happens to be one of those noble and great organizations that believes in the high standard of truth and will not compromise. They can be contacted through the following e-mail of their director Mr. Michael Waas: Persevant@t-online.de. Their website address is www.westfale_heraldik.de.
Mr. Waas of this Society reported that they were astounded that “so many folks from the USA are holders of German ‘feudal titles.’” Then he added, “By the way, those titles are unknown in Germany.” That is, they are false, pure and simple. They explained that “we have more records about the titles Boada sold, but we are not sure if it would be legal to give it out of our hands. The buyers of these titles are still believing that they have bought genuine titles. They will not believe that they were defrauded.” Jude Grupe, another one of their officers said. “This is regarding the victims of Boada who are trying to register their coat-of-arms with us, all are denied because the documents are fake.” She continued, “. . . it is part of our extended service to fight these frauds since our society often received fake documents asking for a recording of coat-of-arms.” This society was very please to know that someone is helping to bring to light the con that has been taking place through Antony Boada, the con man. Ms. Grupe wrote on September 23, 2002, “. . . you may bring these people get the right understanding that they have brought fake titles. . . .” You see, when people are informed that their expensive noble titles are phoney, they do not want to believe this. People believe what they want to believe, hear what they want to hear, etc., but eventually they find out they have been lied to, robbed and cheated.
For another example of fraud, Mr. Boada sold the noble title of “ Prince of Mergentheim” to a man who now calls himself Prince [name redacted]. For a longtime, this fraudulent prince sold titles himself under the following website, which he recently opened back up: www.nobility.co.uk/mergentheim/index.htm and then closed again in August of 2003. He was given a “ statutory declaration” (I have a copy of part of it) from Antony Boada as director of the phoney offshore corporation called the “ Trade Consult Group, Limited” which is supposed to be composed of senior members of the Imperial and Royal House of Prussia. It was also notarized and legalized by the crooked solicitor Roger Pitts-Tucker. (see: " Crooked Solicitor1")
[Name redacted], then proceeded to submit his credentials, which were also notarized by Her Majesty’s Principal Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and the Commonwealth, to “the Westphalian Heraldry Society.” This group of German scholars wrote to me on September 19, 2002, saying, “Find enclosed the documents of the ‘Prince of Mergentheim’. This is absolutely nonsense, the holder of this Principality is the House of Austria [not the House of Prussia, as claimed].” This society has proof of a number of title frauds perpetrated by Mr. Boada, which they would be more than glad to share when criminal charges are levied.
Now for some history to show that Boada's claim for Prussia is haywire. Actually, it would take a pretty thick person to proclaim that the Imperial Hohenzollerns had the legal right and authority to sell someone else's property, but Boada will claim anything he can get away with. History shows, that in December of 1805, "The Treaty of Pressburg promised to create a hereditary principality [Mergentheim] for a member of the House of Austria from the possessions of the Teutonic Order." (www.geocities.com/eurprin/austria.html) In 1810, the Hapsburgs' (the Imperial family of Austria) dropped the princely title of Mergentheim as one of their claims, because the Kingdom of "Württemberg annexed the principality made of the former lands of the Teutonic Order's." (www.geocities.com/eurprin/wurttemberg.html) The reason for this is, “. . . Napoleon promised Mergentheim to the Kingdom of Württemberg in 1809, [and] '. . . His Majesty the King of Württemberg had the Principality of Mergentheim and all its residents [...] militarily occupied.’. . . .Württemberg secularized all possessions of the Teutonic Order. . . .” (www.schloessermagazin.de/eng/objekte/mh/mh_saekue.php)
The present historical owner of the noble title and principality of Mergentheim is HRH Friedrich, the Duke of Württemberg. (www.geocities.com/henrivanoene/royalwurttemberg.html) Since Mergentheim was only created a principality in 1805, there have only been five, not 34 princes of this princely territory as claimed by the phoney Prince [name redacted] of Mergentheim. He was obviously deceived and counted all the heads of the Teutonic Order as though they held Mergentheim as a principality, which is historically inaccurate and false. But the whole point is, Mergentheim was never at any time the possession of the Imperial and Royal House of Prussia as Boada falsely claimed. So much for Mr. Boada's award winning research. It is Württemberg, not the Imperial Hohenzollerns who owned the title. His expert researchers obviously do shoddy work for this is an outright farce. Mr. Boada is a charlatan with no conscience, high standards or principles to hinder him from dispossessing his clients with fictitious and erroneous claims. But he has ripped off too many people and his atrocities are catching up to him.
I have an e-mail from Gene, at Expat World, identifying the man he calls the “titleman” as none other than Antony Boada, the con artist, of British Feudal Investments. I took three of Mr. Boada's titles of nobility advertised through Expat World in December of 2002 that would fraudulently confer upon its victims the phoney noble title of "prince," and checked them out. I again discovered fraud, sure and obvious.
First, they advertised the sale of the “Principality of Quedlinburg.” The only problem was, Quedlinburg was never a principality. Here we go again, another boldfaced lie. To be sure, I even wrote the city authorities. I asked them directly if Quedlinburg was ever a principality in it’s long history. The answer was, it was not. The following is an abbreviated summary of an extensive search of the internet.
Conclusion: Quedlinburg was an “Abetissin,” not a principality. The highest title that ever belonged to this territory was that of an Empire Abbesses or Reichsabtissin or Furstabtissin from 966 AD to 1918, which title no longer applies as it was nonhereditary. Quedlinburg was not listed among the principalities of Germany from 1648-1918, but was listed as an ecclesiastical territory that was an abbess or monastery. But it had sovereignty over its land like thirty-seven other similar minor ecclesiastical territories. Quedlinburg was an Abbey, an ecclesiastical territory at the end of the 18th Century in the Circle of High Saxony. The Congress of Vienna of 1815 only officially recognized Quedlinburg as a city and territory, not as a barony, county, principality or dukedom, because that is all it was. No wonder Quedlinburg is not listed as one of the “German Kingdoms and Principalities.” (www.heraldiqueeuropeenne.org/Regions/Allemagne/PrincipautesAllemandes.htm) The various nonhereditary Abbesses occasionally were individually honored as a nonhereditary “princess of the realm.” This title, however, could not be passed on. What really mattered as far as titles is concerned was if one had a barony, county, principality or dukedom. The only title one could use for such an ecclesiastical territory today is abbot or abbess, even Lord might be a stretch, but certainly not prince or princess. Such an exalted title is not available from this feudal territory.
What has just been examined above is another obvious example of Mr. Boada shamelessly trying to sell another falsehood or fake title. The point being, it is a good example of the sneaky things he has done to cheat people. The next example of another outright lie is the “Abbey of Elten” that he would sell as a “principality.” Note the following research:
Conclusion: Elten was an abbey or ecclesiastical territory. It was never a principality. It was not on the list of “German Kingdoms and Principalities.” It was not listed in any of the regional governments or Circles. It did not have a vote in the Empire. The highest title that goes with this territory is either Reichsabtissin or Fürstäbtissin, a title for some, but not all the abbesses who presided over this ecclesiastical territory. It was not included among the Count’s Bench or as a Free Imperial City. The claim that it is a principality, is simply unsupportable. It has no foundation or facts to back it up. Occasionally, an individual held the title of “Princess of the Empire,” but this did not mean the territory was a principality. Even counts and individuals who pleased the Emperor who had no territory or vote whatsoever were occasionally given this nonhereditary title that could not be passed on. Lasting titles of high nobility from the Holy Roman Empire come from the type of territory one presided over whether a barony, county, principality or dukedom. All Elten can provide is abbess or perhaps Lord or Lady which again may be a stretch.
Beside the above fraudulent misrepresentation about the “Abbey of Elten” being a Principality, another example of the ugly treachery committed by Boada, is trying to pawn off Havelberg as a “principality.”
But thank goodness, it is fairly easy to catch Mr. Boada in a lie merely by checking out his claims. They expose him for what he–a criminal who rips people off whatever he can. In the case of trying to broker Havelberg as a principality, note the internet research. The following is the conclusion.
Conclusion: Havelburg was a bishopric and an ecclesiastical territory. It was not listed as part of the “German Kingdoms and Principalities.” It was never a principality at any time. It had no vote in the Council of Princes, on the Count’s Bench or as a Free Imperial City. It was not an Imperial State. No secular title was attached to it.
On June 3, 2003, British Feudal Investments, Ltd. advertised the following under the heading "Prussian, Hungarian & Former Constituent States of the German Empire" in the section called "Lists:"
Dukedom of Mewe ($29,000.00) Dukedom of Glogau ($17,000.00)
Dukedom of Wohlau ($16,000.00) Dukedom of Schweidnitz ($19,000.00)
Principality of Schweidnitz ($19,000.00) County of Diepholtz ($14,000.00)
County of Sponheim ($10,000.00) Barony of Beilstein ($10,000.00)
Barony of Wollin ($9,000.00) Barony of Daber ($9,000.00)
Barony of Kolberg ($9,000.00) Barony of Dobrin ($9,000.00)
Barony of Bromberg ($9,000.00) Barony of Strehlen ($9,000.00)
I received an e-mail from Michael Waas, the Chairman of the Westphalian Heraldry Society on June 4, 2003 on this list. His comments on the so-called Dukedom of Mewe is that it was "a small Borough in eastern Pommerania near to the border of West-Prussia. It was never a Dukedom, perhaps a Seigneury but this must be a long time ago." Here we go again, Boada was trying to sell another phoney title of nobility that doesn't even exist. Is there a pattern of flagrant deceit here? Yes.
Mr. Waas continued by stating that most of the titles advertised above "are located in Silesia, but are not listed in the Gotha from 1776. This means that the bearer of the titles became extinct and the title was inherited by other families, most you will find in the collection of titles of the Imperial House of Austria." So Boada was again trying to sell titles he doesn't own. The families that do own them would be outraged that anyone had to gall to unlawfully and illegally attempt to sell their property without their authorization or permission.
On July 1, 2003, Boada pulled down his website again. He seems pretty unstable now-a-days, but made the statement that he had sold all his titles. This is a pretty farfetched statement or is extremely unlikely. But if it is true, then he has committed at least 14 counts of fraud and made $188.000.00 from the above list alone. The following is a list of all the titles Boada supposedly sold in about one month from about May 31, 2003 to about July 1, 2003. Titles he has been trying to sell for years. (The Prussian, etc. titles are listed above)

County & Barony of Aila (Elilat) ($5,000)
County & Barony of Kastelorizon ($5,000)
Barony of Gibelin ($3,000) Barony of Celle ($3,500)
Barony of Ruad ($3,500) Barony of Mardin ($3,500)
Some of these noble titles were made up, that is, are make believe or fantasy, others are still owned by the original families, some have true histories, but are extinct and permanently dead, but what they all have in common is Boada has no right to sell them. They are not his, he never owned them, and he has no legal or lawful right to sell someone else's property--property he also never authorized to sell.
One example stands out as typical. In February 22, 2002, a Mr. Williams (not Mark T. Williams Boada's accomplice) purchased the phoney, made up " Barony of Clonakilty" from Boada only to find out to his horror that no such title ever existed in the entire history of Ireland. This is according to the witness of the Deputy Chief Herald of Ireland, Fergus Gillsepie. Mr. Boada claimed that this barony was sold to him in 1993 by the Earl of Shannon, but we have a letter from the Earl and his son the Viscount Boyle denying ever having any involvement or dealings with the scoundrel Antony Boada or any of his cronies. Also, it is illegal to sell British and Irish Baronies since both were abolished in 1660 and 1662 respectively. You cannot legally sell what has been legally obliterated. (see " Selling the Forbidden" and note the English and Irish Baronies above he had for sale) Mr. Boada committed a crime. He is a perpetrator and has repeated this ugly trade in falsehoods over and over again to many many people.
Mr. Boada on his website wrote: " We can boast that our research team has obtained maximum honours for the quality of their work and our business reputation is unsurpassed." Wow! Considering how shabby and wrong (180 degrees off) their research team has been, what " maximum honours" could they receive from anyone? Their research. if it was honest, was faulty, defective, substandard and second-rate. And their business reputation is that they sell fakes, threaten people, are evasive, sneaky, secretive and dishonest. How could it be " unsurpassed" unless it is that they are considered to be the most successful fraudsters ever to enter this field? And if he was such a great expert--a peerage lawyer--he would not have sold illegal merchandise. Both English and Irish feudal Baronies have been abolished. (see " Selling the Forbidden")
Two additional examples, demonstrate quite well that Boada was recently up to his old tricks again. They are contained in his history of the Dukedom of Oultrefourdain and the County of Tortosa. Both of which were on his website in May of 2003. (was on www.nobletitles.com/historylevant.htm or see web.archives.org/web) That is, the so-called Dukedom supposedly came from the phoney Royal House of Lusignan, an extinct and therefore nonexistent family that no royal family on earth has ever heard of or can vouch for, because it is a total hoax and swindle. (see " Scams3.") The County is the other example. It is supposedly the property of Boada's fictitious Patriarch of Antioch and his fabricated Church. A Church that no one has ever heard of, yet it supposed to be composed of 1.8 to 7 million followers. That's a huge lie as any Church that big would be well known in history, but not Boada's worthless counterfeit. (see " Scams2.") Boada, the great schemer and liar from Cuba, will no doubt go down in history as a despicable man who robbed and defrauded his fellowman. (see " Proof of Fraud" for another example of the evil of Mr. Boada's life mission on earth.
Since my discovery of the web archives www.webarchive.org/web and finding Mr. Boada’s old website there according to dates, I realized I could find and investigate old counterfeit noble titles that Mr. Boada was trying or actually did sell in the past. This option is no longer available to me as Mr. Boada put a block on his records to hide his perfidy and obvious guilt. However, I did find many false claims at that time, for example, in most of the year 2000, or from April 8, 2000 to February 8, 2001 and then again on March1, 2001 to May 16, 2001 and longer, Boada’s so-called “award winning” research tried to sell and perhaps did sell “Stargard” as a dukedom. As it turns out this small territory was a lordship under the Duchy of Pommern and then later it was a county under the Grand Ducky of Mecklenburg/Schwerin and then a lordship again under the Grand Ducal control of Mecklenburg/Strelitz until 1918. It was never a principality or a dukedom as proclaimed by Boada, the con man. (see the following : hanza.gdansk.gda.pl/hmiasta_n.html, de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hansestadt, www.geocities.com/vortex150/coats.htm, www.emecklenburg.de/Garling/ms_histo.html, and www.hfac.uh.edu/gbrown/philosophers/leibniz/BritannicaPages/Mecklenburg/Mecklenburg. html)
Continuing to show a consistent pattern of deception and treachery, he also attempted to sell the following several territories or cities as dukedoms from April 8, 2000 to February 8, 2001 and from March 1, 2001 to April 2, 2001. “Siewerz” was one of them, yet Siewerz cannot even be found on the internet, not as a lordship, barony, county, principality or dukedom, not even as a city. “Gruenberg” and “Schwiebus” were cities of Germany, but not anything else. They were not duchies. The same was true of “Priebus.” It was not a dukedom or anything else. Yet Boada would gladly dishonor himself, sell his soul, to sell you a counterfeit title.
“Neisse,” “Oppeln,” “Jauer,” “Schweidnitz,”and “Breslau” were also perpetrated as dukedoms, and apparently they were, but they were also considered to be principalities as well, so there is some confusion here, which I have not been able to reconcile. (see: www.geocities.com/CapitolHill/Rotunda/2209/Silesia.html and www.boehmchronik.com/grundherrschaft/landbuch.htm)
Nevertheless, none of the above are listed among the “German Kingdoms and Principalities,” which includes all dukedoms and principalities of the time. (www.heraldiqueeuropeenne.org/Regions/Allemagne/PrincipautesAllemandes.htm)
Of course, even if the so-called duchy’s mentioned above were indeed genuine dukedoms as alleged, Mr. Boada couldn’t legitimately sell what he did not own, never owned or had any legal right to sell. For example, I cannot legally sell Boada’s Palm Beach home, and he cannot sell someone else’s property either, unless he was given the legal right or entitlement to do so. The above princely territories, if owned by anyone, were owned by His Imperial and Royal Highness Prinz Louis Ferdinand von Preussen. He is the last uncontested imperial heir of Germany. But then again, Boada denies any involvement with him, so he proves he is a fraud by his own admission in his March 4, 2003 letter to Roger Pitts-Tucker, his English solicitor, a copy of which was sent to me by the Law Society of England and Wales.
Mr. Boada has been trying to sell or has actually sold both the principality and the dukedom of Schweidnitz separately. (see: web.archive.org/web/20000622085243/www.nobletitles.com/lists.htm) (Mr. Boada has now blocked the archives, but it is open to law enforcement) Others separate sales include both the principality and dukedom of Wohlau and Jauer. When Boada, the con man sells the principality of one “place” to one person, and supposedly gives that person all the sovereignty rights to that ancient territory, then, turns right around, and sells the dukedom of the “same place” with all the same sovereignty rights to the same identical territory, then he has literally sold the same place twice. That is an old scammer’s trick–sell the same thing over and over again. This, of course, is the work of a con man and a fraud, but that is the name of his game. It is his profession. It is how he makes a living. From the crown of his head to his toes, Mr. Boada can be depended on to shamelessly lie through his teeth with no remorse or conscience.
Mr. Boada and his cohorts have been selling English and Irish Feudal or Tenure Baronies, that is, legally non-existent merchandise, for years. In other words, a great wrong has been committed against a large number of people who they have bamboozled and deceived. (see " Selling the Forbidden.")
Was he ignorant of the law? No, he knew exactly what he was doing. It was willful intent or premeditated making him and his lying partners part of the slime of the whole earth, not the respected, not pillars of society, not the moral or the honest. They obviously do not understand what is means to be honorable when there is a buck to be made. And they do not care who they rob or what damage or ruin they create in other people's lives. For example, Boada sold titles to two poor Floridian widows taking advantage of people like most scum bags.
If you have been victimized by Mr. Boada, Mr. Williams or Mr. Pitts-Tucker, it’s time to make criminal complaints and sue them for the detestable things they have done to you and many others. It’s like the saying, “United we stand divided we fall.” Only when the authorities see that hundreds have actually been robbed and cheated, will they put a priority on this serious case.
