Schemes and Cons from a Master of Deceit:
If you have been victimize by any of these despicable men, Antonio A. Boada, Mark T. Williams or Roger Pitts-Tucker, go to "The Answer" and learn how you can join in a class action suit against them.
*************************************
Ms. Montalvo, Esq., Mr. Boada’s Florida attorney wrote on December 16, 2002, “my clients do stand by their product. . . .” My question is, how? They certainly have not shown it to be genuine, or that they ever owned it or had any legal right to sell it. Hence, they sold me a defective and questionable title, an inferior product that is flawed, that neither they nor I can prove is legitimately from an authentic or reliable source. This is not an honest business practice.
Where were all those glowing promises of legitimacy they posted on their website? In other words, they snowed me and robbed me. They knew it was a mangled claim, totally defective with no backing, but never bothered to tell me, warn me or caution me. They just wanted my money. This was nothing less than a con--a criminal act of fraud. The point is, they gipped me through a premeditated sham, got my hard earned money and I got a worthless piece of paper. If “ BFI stands 100% by its products,” as Ms. Montalvo, Esq. also wrote, again, my question is, how? What they did to me, was to leave me empty handed with nothing, and no leg to stand on. And to add insult to injury, they threatened me for wanting what is legally recognized as a property right under English law, that is, to have proof that the title is validly from its former owners. (see " News," " Proof of Fraud" and " The Challenge."
Yet long ago, Mr. Boada stated on September 22, 2000, “I do understand perfectly well the evidence you want and will assist in every possible within my power to enhance your standing and avoid getting ‘clobbered’ under public scrutiny.” On September 28, 2000, he stated, “Please know that I am compiling the documentation you require and that we will be sending it to you at the earliest possible.” And Pitts-Tucker & Co. stated on September 29, 2000, “The copies of the documents you have requested of Antony, Baron of Chafford are being collected for photocopy and will be sent to you shortly by BFI . . . .Your request is being dealt with and not ignored and that you should be receiving the documents in question shortly.” The documents in question were to give verifiable evidence that a legitimate and actual transaction took place between myself and the Imperial and Royal House of Prussia with Antony Boada as mediator. This, of course, never took place, despite my pleadings.
Prepare yourself for a journey into the world of a notorious chiseler and charlatan. He uses many schemes and is probably involved in a number of others presently unknown to us. Most of the following scams are from Mr. Boada's book of schemes. It is entitled, Instant Aristocracy: How To Make It Into the Titled Aristocratic and Royal Ranks NOW! It is full of misinformation and is still being sold through Mr. Boada’s Expat World connection. (see www.expatworld.org/book7.htm. Boada sells his book for $69.95 through Expat World or you can obtain it directly from the publisher Eden Press for $24.95. (see edenpress.com/showbook.asp?index=625@7@B) This book is also called How to Buy Noble Titles. Both books are the same.
Note that Eden Press is a highly questionable organization. It sells books like the following: How to Become a Professional Con Artist, The Art and Science of Money Laundering, How Not to Pay Your Bill Collectors, Just Say No to Drug Tests: How to Beat the Whiz Quiz, How to Become a Gigolo, Operating Secrets of a Male Prostitute, The Fraud Reports–that is, master plans used by master swindlers to make millions of dollars every year, The Big Black Book of Sex Havens, Hiding Your Money, The ID Forger, Counterfeit ID Made Easy, Social Security Number Fraud, Birth Certificate Fraud, Degrees by Mail–how to get fake documents, diplomas, etc. Mr. Boada must have read some of these books as you will eventually see.
In this book in the chapter that is entitled, “European Titles in India?” Mr. Boada presents the “Maharajah of Jaisalmer” as selling honors for a price. A Barony for as low as $4,000.00, a Viscountcy for $5,000.00, an Earldom for $10,000.00, a Marquess for $12,000.00 and a Dukedom for $20,000. (p.125) Boada declares that “the maharajah grants these together with beautiful, elaborate coats-of-arms.” (p.125)
Now things begin to fall apart, first the rulers of “Jaisalmer” were never “Maharajah’s.” They held the title of “Maharawal” since 1528 to the present “Maharawal.” And Mr. Boada states that the current Maharajah’s father reigned from 1950 to 1963. This is also inaccurate. (see: www.uq.net.au/~zzhsoszy/ips/j/jaisalmer.html) HH Maharajadhiraj Maharawal RAGHUNATH SINGH reigned from 1949 to 1981. From here, his son started his own reign. His title and name is HH Maharajadhira Maharawal BRAJRAJ SINGH. Mr. Boada writes that “he will grant out just about any honour for a price,” and “this practice of granting honours continued and still does.” (pp. 125-126)
Continuing he wrote, “To become a noble with a title from this Maharajah [he is not a Maharajah], one needs to present a letter of reference, and to donate toward the prince’s foundation for preserving Indian traditions and culture.” (p. 126) In other words send your money to Mr. Boada, the con man, and he’ll create a phoney “Statutory Declaration”--an instrument of deception, making you a phoney noble and he and his partner in crime, Mr. Roger Pitts-Tucker, will gladly pocket your money.
Being highly suspicious, I began to check things out. I called Veronica Hall, the administrator of “Jaisalmer in Jeopardy,” 3 Brickbarn Close, London SW10 0TP, United Kingdom, tel 44 (0)20 7352 4336, fax 44 (0)20 7737 4948, email: jaisalmerinfo@yahoo.co.uk, website: www.jaisalmer-in-jeopardy.org. I explained the problem to her about Mr. Boada’s claims, and she told me that the likelihood of this happening is extremely low, if not impossible. She explained that HH The Maharawal of Jaisalmer is a Patron of their charity and they know him very well. She then gave me an e-mail of their worker in India who is in regular contact with the Prince and who could contact him for me.
If anyone would be awarded with noble “titles,” for the great amount of money they have sent and large contributions saving the grand old fortress and city of Jaisalmer itself–the Prince’s greatest interests, it would be the people who are actually building up his people and his realm. In other words, they themselves. But these people told me right off the bat that the idea of the Prince awarding noble titles was most “improbable” and “highly unlikely.” In fact, they had never heard of him giving out a title to anyone. So I realized I needed to pursue this to show that Boada was just presenting another scam to rob and cheat people out of their money.
There may be an excuse for a snowball (one small mistake), but not an avalanche of obvious cons. His book is full of them as you will see. It abounds in various scams, yet his publisher (Eden Books) wrote: “This book represents what he [Boada, the unreliable con man] believes in his best legal and historical judgment to be an exhaustive study of all known reputable sources (or 'founts of honour') which still grant titles nowadays.” Mr. Boada has very little credibility or believability. He has lied and deceived too much and way too many.
Bindu Manchandra, the worker I was referred to who meets regularly with the Prince of Jaisalmer for the charities that help him, wrote back the following on May 22, 2003. She declared, “I have spoken to the Maharawal and he absolutely denies ever hearing of the man [Antony Boada]. Please use this e-mail as proof of denial by Maharawal Brij Raj Singh of Jaisalmer.” She also added something extremely important. She wrote: “You must of course know that these titles are not recognized legally in India, so there is no question of selling them.” In other words, the noble titles are illegal and are not sold, so how can anyone think that the Maharawal would grant illegal titles of nobility or sell them. It just isn't done. She said she never heard of the Prince ever granting a title to anyone and he would not break the law.
Now for more schemes, scams and cons for there are many. Another one is Mr. Boada sold me two phoney knighthoods in the year 2000, which I will discuss later on. But he wrote to me on April 5, 2000 in an e-mail that the late Duke of Seville “had me [that is, Boada] inaugurate [the St. Lazarus Jacobite Medical Foundation of Houston, TX] during my official State visit to Texas on his behalf in 1992. If [the check] is made out to the St. Laz Fdn., we can get you a 100% tax deduction.” Yet by calling the Internal Revenue Service at (877) 829-5500 this year, I found that this group, the St. Lazarus Jacobite Medical Foundation was not tax exempt in the year 2000 when he promised such and hadn't for many years. Hence, Mr. Boada outright lied to me about this. He deceived me in order to take my money at that time.
He wrote about this foundation is his book, Instant Aristocracy: How To Make It Into the Titled Aristocratic and Royal Ranks NOW! on pages 47-48 and how it had the “highest tax-exempt rating that the IRS has allowed,” and that it “is completely tax-exempt under the provisions of IRS code 501(c)(3).”
He wrote to me on April 21, 2000, that he was “issuing a receipt from the St. Lazarus [Jacobite] Medical Foundation for the totality of your generous donation,” which was for the phoney knighthoods. In August of 2000, I wrote to him that I needed the “receipts for the $7,320.00 contributed to the St. Lazarus [Jacobite] Medical Foundation with their 501(c)(3) tax exempt number.” I also mentioned that I could not locate this organization and wanted their address and phone number. He never honored these requests nor fulfilled his promise to issue a receipt.
On February 19, 2001, I again more urgently requested that he sent me a receipt as I needed it or I couldn’t deduct this money from my income tax. I reminded him of the deadline of April 15th for mailing in all income tax forms, but I never received anything, not even an acknowledgment. Yet he promised me a 100% deduction if I made the contribution.
Now I know why he didn't give me a receipt. Because he lied about this foundation. As stated above, it didn't have any tax exemption since April of 1998. I also found out from the Internal Revenue Service that this Foundation, that he started, had such adverse and unsatisfactory reports that were, in fact, so negative and unfavorable that this Foundation lost its tax exemption, not because they just quit, mismanaged or bungled things, but because of major discrepancies and irregularities to the point of total rejection and denial. In other words, Boada lied and Boada got money. That is his way of doing things. It is his "MO."
In Mr. Boada's book, he goes to great length to extol how he started "The College of Arms of the Republic of Albania." (pp. 71-85) But this too is just another scheme to sell fake noble titles through. I made an official inquiry with the Washington, D.C. Embassy for the Republic of Albania. I was referred to Mira Schneider, who is the Public Relations Officer. She took Mr. Boada’s chapter on this scheme (I had set her a copy) into a staff meeting with the Ambassador and other officers of the Embassy where she said they had a really good laugh. They suggested that this information be sent to the foremost investigative reporter in Albania who writes for the most well-read and important publication of their country. His name is Blendi Fevziu and his cell phone number from the United States is 011 355 69 20239999. Ms. Schneider called me up and told me she had talked to Mr. Fevziu and the investigation was done and the article has been published. The conclusions: the so-called invention of Mr. Antony Boada, the Albanian College of Arms, is a nothing less than another “scheme” and is a “deception” and is totally “untrue.” This is just another revelation on Mr. Boada’s manner of making a living through fraud and deceit. The phone number for the Albanian Embassy in Washington, D.C. is (202) 223-4942.
But this is not all. I inquired of the royal family of Albania on this so-called "Albanian College of Arms" and received the following from H.M. Susan, Queen of the Albanians and wife of King Leka I:
Dear Sir:
Thank you very much for your e – mail April 05 2003, which brought to our attention the illegal activities of the Albanian College of Arts, and those of Mr. Antony Boada.
There are no Albanian titles apart from those deemed to the existing Albanian Royal Family which are, H.M. King Leka I of the Albanians, H.M. Queen Susan, and H.R.H Prince Leka II .
The fact that this organization is located on the Isle of Mann is in it self highly suspicious, and should any feudal titles or otherwise be sold it is not only highly irregular but illegal under the Albanian constitution of 1928 which is still in existence today.
Again We wish to thank you for your notification on this matter.
Sincerely
H.M. SUSAN
QUEEN OF THE ALBANIANS
To understand the following simply put yourself into the mind set of a con man. Mr. Boada, in his book, Instant Aristocracy made up or manufactured a “cooperation or association of Andorran nobility;” and for $3,900.00, an exorbitant price, he will be glad to make you a phony member of this countries nobility “and therefore, a noble of the world.” (p. 55) Of course, this “Corporation of Andorran Nobility” does not exist except in Mr. Boada’s mind or it is a defunct or inoperative offshore corporation he once started. It was designed to fool people into a large loss of money. It’s just another one of Mr. Boada’s many schemes. No official information agency in this country has ever heard of it. Even the nobility of other countries that live in Andorra have never heard of it.
But Mr. Boada does not want his readers to discover this. It would blow his cover. Therefore, he wrote in his book in 1998 or 1999, “To maintain its neutrality, in fact as well as in word, Andorra is not a UN-member nor does it have ambassadors nor honorary consuls anywhere in the world. . . .” (p. 55) And “since Andorra does not have diplomatic representation anywhere, if you, the reader, should be interested in joining the Andorran Association of Nobles, please contact our firm, and we shall be pleased to . . . obtain membership for you. . . .” (p. 55) How convenient!
So Mr. Boada, true to form, wants you to join a nonexistent organization and pay an outrageous price for it, because Andorra supposedly in 1998 or 1999 has no embassies, UN membership or ambassadors to help you locate this sham of an organization for you.
Now for the rest of the story. Since 1993 to 1994, Andorra has had embassies in various countries including Belgium, France, Spain, Holland, Luxembourg, Denmark, Germany and the European Council. They have also maintained an Embassy in New York City to the United Nations since 1993. (see www.andorra.be or call the UN Embassy up in New York at (212) 750-8064)
So here we have another outright lie, designed to deceive people into giving up their hard earned money for nothing. One example should be enough to convince anyone to beware, but this man is overflows with ideas on how to sell people worthless titles of nobility from his book and his sneaky and conniving company British Feudal Investments, Ltd.
So here we have another con exposed, but there's much more. Please go to " Scam2" or Scams3."
If you have been victimized by Mr. Boada, Mr. Williams or Mr. Pitts-Tucker, it’s time to make criminal complaints and sue them for the detestable things they have done to you and many others. It’s like the saying, “United we stand divided we fall.” Only when the authorities see that hundreds have actually been robbed and cheated, will they put a priority on this serious case. Go to “The Answer” for more information.
