Edmund Burke once said: "All that is needed for the forces of evil to win is for good men to do nothing."
One of the most despicable companies to ever have been placed on the net is British Feudal Investments, Ltd. They finally have dropped out or totally removed their website in late July because they are guilty and they know it. (his website is stored in the web.archives at http://web.archive.org/web//20001002095228/www.nobletitles.com/index.htm. However, Mr. Antony Boada, the con man himself, put a block on it to hide all the incriminating evidence that is contained therein. (see " Website1" and " Website2.")
If you have been victimize by any of these despicable men, Antonio A. Boada, Mark T. Williams or Roger Pitts-Tucker, go to "The Answer" and learn how you can join in a class action suit against them.
On the deceitful website mentioned above, Boada and his cohorts claimed to have had 15 years of experience. In other words, they have happily, and without conscience, duped, conned, robbed and cheated countless numbers of innocent, unsuspecting people out of their hard earned money for years. And they are proud of it. (see " New Discoveries1" and " New Discoveries2") His victims includes people from all walks of life including a highly respected medical doctor and distinguished professionals.
The website you are looking at was created to expose Mr. Boada, his numerous scams for buying phoney titles of nobility and his accomplices. That is, it was designed to protect the public and expose one of the most successful scoundrels ever to enter this field. British Feudal Investments, Ltd. was created and headed by Antony Boada, the Florida based con man, who is the architect of its criminal activities in selling fake noble titles. It is hope that this website will provide the ammunition to bring to justice a very evil and sinister man and his accessories and accomplices--Roger Pitts-Tucker and Mark T. Williams. (see " Crooked Solicitor1," Crooked Solicitor2," " Accomplice1," and " Accomplice2."

There are some other good websites to help in this important quest for what's right and good in the earth. The first was created by Lord Bradford, one of the genuine Earls of England. His website is www.faketitles.com. Another very good website is www.noblescams.com created by an actual victim who tells how Mr. Boada took him for over $27,000.00 for a worthless noble titles and gave him nothing in return, but a worthless piece of paper.
A most excellent and appropriate booklet was written to help in this cause. It is entitled, "Are You Being Conned?: A Guide to the Users and Sellers of Bogus Titles." This booklet may be retrieved by using the web page address of www.baronage.co.uk/2002d/conned.pdf. For an introduction to this booklet see www.baronage.co.uk/2002d/conned-1.html.
It is believed that if Mr. Boada and his cronies are brought to justice, it will send a message loud and clear to all the con artists out there in the world wide web selling phoney titles of nobility to beware. They are next, because this will empower the prey, not the villains of this world. Everyone will be so much better off without disgusting people like Antony Boada, the low life, and his various schemes to rip people off. (If you are a victim, please see " The Answer" and join in on law suit)
Mr. Antony Boada has pioneered this very lucrative field of theft through his company British Feudal Investments, Ltd. He taught others how to rob and cheat people like himself through the selling of phoney titles of nobility. They are wolves in sheep's clothing ever willing to lie to you. Just remember that noble titles must be fully investigated beforehand to ensure proper ownership. An Edward Zimmerman once wrote to Mr. Boada:
Dear Sir(s),
It dawned on me last night after mulling over your response that if you cannot prove your titles are genuine and legitimate, it would be like selling defective and questionable diamonds as though they were " the real thing." This would be an act of treachery and deceit–a punishable crime.
If you cannot prove your titles are legitimately from authentic sources, like the original owners, then the only honest thing to do would be to admit that your titles are defective and questionable.
“The proof is in the pudding.” That is where the real answer is to all of this. Anything else, like saying your enemies are bad people, is merely a diversionary tactic.
My conclusion, therefore, is that you must, for example, prove legitimate ownership or the right to sell the Germanic dukedoms from the original owner–the Prussians, or admit that you are selling defective or questionable titles at best. You simply cannot legitimately sell a title that you do not own or have no right to sell.
This is the bottom line--where the rubber meets the road. I am going to share this with some of your so-called enemies because I believe I have hit the nail on the head. Nothing else matters. The proof is everything. It is that simple.
Sincerely yours,
Edward Zimmerman
This is the Achilles' heel of the title peddlers. They cannot prove they are legitimate. Just like you cannot prove gravity doesn't exist. It is one of the best ways of identifying the true from the false. But be sure you get professional help with this, because these people are smooth. They even hire crooked lawyers with high sounding titles to help them look like they are honest and law-abiding men. But they want you to follow them blindly and may get very irritated and insulted if you ask them for proof or evidence, because this would expose their total farce--their deception. Hence, they are evasive, beat around the bush and use whatever tactics available to them to divert you from this critical issue--the core issue. Some clever, but sinister websites selling noble titles to beware of are as follows:
Expat World: www.expatworld.net
GVS Consult, Inc.: www.prestigious-titles.co
Noble Titles: www.nobility.co.uk
Mergentheim: www.nobility.co.uk/mergentheim. (see " Fake Titles.") This website was taken down the second time, I believe, in August of 2003. It was opened it up again in 2004 with the following web address: www.mergentheim.org/door.htm. Then closed and then opened in 2005 and closed for good it appears. (See: " Still Involved in Fraud.")
Vista International Success Agency, Limited: www.immigration-world.com/interest/titles-eng.shtml
Elite Titles: www.elitetitles.net
The above list is not all inclusive, they are just a few examples of companies selling fake titles. How many phoney businesses Boada actually owns and manages, perhaps even some of the above, but hides the fact or operates them in a sneaky, evasive, sinister fashion with aliases, etc., I don't know. But the grand master of them all was British Feudal Investments, Ltd.: www.nobletitles.com. (now in archives to http://web.archives.org/web//20001002095228/www.nobletitles.com/index.htm) This is Mr. Antony Boada's most successful invention. But because he has been too vile, he had to take it down again with the questionable assertion that he sold all fifty-four titles he advertised. (see " News" and " Website2.") Some of these noble titles had authentic histories, but are extinct and no one owns them, nor can anyone but a monarch, with the proper jurisdiction, raise them from the dead. But Boada, being a true con man to the very core of his being, would gladly assume or pretend to have sovereign authority for a price. Other times, he just makes up noble titles out of nowhere, out of the clear blue sky. But it all boils down to the fact that he sells other people's property, that is, titles he does not legitimately own and has no right to sell. Either way, it is an act of criminal theft or fraud, which he has done over and over again for years. This just happens to be his specialty.
Phoney Titles of Nobility: British Feudal Investments, Ltd. Exposed expresses itself that, under the laws governing perjury in most jurisdictions, all the facts and information posted on this site are, to the very best of our knowledge, the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. But there will be some mistakes, because we are human. Errors in a project of this size are inevitable, but they are minor points. The overriding message is to beware of the title peddlers and self-styled title consultants--90% or more are men who will take advantage of you and rip you off.
Evidence supporting and substantiating the many facts presented in this website are readily available to genuine law enforcement officials of any nation. This website is offered as a free public service to warn people of the numerous groups that would lie and cheat and take advantage of people and sell them worthless titles of nobility. It is also our desire to bring these contemptible people to justice.
Also, there is a organization designed to promote the ideals of nobility, royalty and monarchy and certify true royalty, nobility and true title holders so the authentic can be identified and distinguished from the fake and the false. It is called the International Commission on Nobility and Royalty--see: www.nobility-royalty.com
This organization should be joined and supported to pull down the counterfeiters.
If you have been victimized by Mr. Boada, Mr. Williams or Mr. Pitts-Tucker, it’s time to make criminal complaints and sue them for the detestable things they have done to you and many others. It’s like the saying, “United we stand divided we fall.” Only when the authorities see that hundreds have actually been robbed and cheated, will they put a priority on this serious case. Go to “The Answer” for more information.
If there are any technical problems with this website, please let us know at: info@phoneynobletitles.com. We would greatly appreciate this help. Thank you.
